Any of you guys get amazing results from any of these? Are any of them supposed to be the "chronic"? Im not a pheno hunter so even running regular seeds is quite the risk for me. I dont know if any of these would be worth my time.

That motor city fighter is complete trash. In fact you should send over this way so i can discard it for you. Lol. In all seriousness, this one is absolutely phenomenal. In fact i placed an order that i dont really need so i can get a freebie pack of these again. Definitely going to take clones this time. I might even hit glg to see if i could buy a pack or two.

I don't know why he doesn't do that. For a while there (maybe still?) he offered his GG4 x LBL for sale. I'm sure he has his reasons. Maybe it's in order to keep people excited about possibly scoring rare dankness? Maybe an agreement with the other breeders...?

It is flat out illegal for a cannabis business to take credet cards or have a bank account. I do know other seed banks do it but it is illegal. I am not saying there is anything wrong with them doing it. And The govermrnt will not waste it;s time with the customer that puts it on their card. But if I have 1000's of dollars come threw a GLG account, they will come after me. If I have money from seed sales from GLG go into another account (under another name),that is a felony. I can not risk that,so I will not have CC's until the law changes.
You should talk to your lawyer again because federal law changed at the end of 2018 in the "Farm Bill" and required states to follow suit or lose funding. Since forever, any part of the Cannabis plant was illegal "marijuana." The Farm Bill changed the law so it now specifically says that seeds along with extracts and any other part of the plant that contain less than 0.3% THC are now classified as "hemp."

How come CC companies avoid canna sales like the black plague? Its seems like the same revolving door of on again off again CC options at every bank that accepts that form of payment. Paypal included. Soon as they realize its for anything relating to the sale of canna, they freeze accts (and the vendors cash).

Visa recently told merchants that if they sell any food, supplements, balms, etc containing CBD on any website in it the merchant must either remove all CBD containing products or they would no longer be able to accept Visa cards for payment. That’s a pretty big hit to what should be legit business based on the farm bill @Observe & Report posted.

Pretty sure the banks and credit card companies are following the banking regulations that say if their accounts & services are used for anything illegal (marijuana and byproducts = federal schedule 1 drug) all funds can be seized. Since banks are more beholden to their shareholders than their customers, they shy away from anything that smells remotely like cannabis. (Pun intended). It’s still ridiculously hard for dispensaries to get an actual business checking/savings account at a mainstream bank—even in states where medical (not to mention recreational) has been allowed for years. If you lie or purposely omit/fudge your business type on a banking application, that’s a pretty big deal.

I can definitely see why @Bad Dawg wouldn’t want to be the one trying to push the envelope and sue if things go badly because he’s got his bread & butter on the line if shit doesn’t work out in his favor. If his instant tax refund status goes out the window while his case is pending, or some govt agency decides to freeze all @Bad Dawg’s accounts including his tax accounts, now he’s got angry tax customers suing him because their refund went *poof* and ended up in a litigation freeze.

The only way banking regulations regarding cannabis in all forms are guaranteed to change is if cannabis in all forms gets federally decriminalized.

Seeds aren't marijuana anymore, they are hemp. The CC companies aren't obligated to serve anyone and they aren't interested in trying to distinguish between legal CBD or seed vendors and illegal vendors of THC laden products. However, that is a lot different than it being a felony for a seed bank operator.

The SAFE Banking Act would have legalized banking for federally illegal marijuana in legal states and that would have removed all of the risks for banks and probably motivated them to offer card services but it was killed by Republican "leadership."

also, nobody pointed out the irony of DBJ being so worried about catching a felony for accepting CC but operating a frikkin' seed bank mailing, for the first few years of operation, federally illegal marijuana seeds across state lines using USPS, LOL

I mean, if you’ve got unlimited time and funds to fight the entire banking industry to persuade them that seed banks are only selling hemp products that contain effectively 0 THC or CBD, go ahead and open a seed bank and fight it. I wish you good luck and I’m sure GLG will happily add credit payment once someone paves the way.

The larger group of plants are the bodhi silver sunshine I bought from GLG, most have sprouted already, quite a few had already popped by the time I got home yesterday, 3 days after I dropped em.

The very top set are zkittlez and the one below it are o.g. kush both from canuk seeds through True North Seed Bank which finally made it here over a month after confirmation of payment but less than a week after confirmation of shipment.

You just hit on another point I had been thinking about - in my mind if a business operated previous to any legal changes (either the bill in question or some future act) and continued to do so after the laws were changed... I would be very cautious about that. Never mind anybody else, you really don't want to fuck with the IRS. When it comes to the IRS the mantra is "They will get their money... They will get their money... They will get their money" and that includes a business with money of mysterious origins in its accounts that is operating in a newly legalized business market. If you're by chance operating any other business that involves any kind of fiduciary trust (brings with it increased scrutiny)... jesus no.

Not sure I see the irony or humor in any of this.

When you made your first post I felt you were just offering some friendly advise. And that was more than wecome. But your next few post are stating that I do not know what I am talking about. So I will address your statements and end it there. I do not have any problem with you having your own opinion,But I do not like that you feel the need to come into the GLG thread and say the things you have said. So here is my explantion.

When the bill you mentioned above was signed,I did a happy dance. I went to the bank that week and talked to the Branch manager. I have had a business account with this bank for 40 years. And we have a great personal relation ship with her (branch manager) for at least 15 years. She agreed that things looked good to go. We opened a account and got started on excepting credit cards. But before we could get the CC system up on the site, the corperate office of PNC bank closed the account. The reason being they do not deal with cannabis companys. They advised we try a credit union and that also failed.
All other CC companys that have offered to work with us involved sending payment over seas. And that is not going to happen at GLG. If my local bank can not offer me CC's, I will not risk dealing with anyone else. This is for your protection and mine. Do you want some fly by night company to have all your personall and banking info. I know I do not.

Now on to the felony issue and the postal mailing issue.

It is still illegal to send seeds in the mail. That is why I am the only person that picks up mail, sends mail or signs for any packages. And Yes I could be charged with a felony for this. And once again my lawer said that is a charge that they would have a hard time to prove. I am sending seeds in the mail. But as you stated above, they do not contain THC.And there are more than a single catagory of a felony.

Now on the felony for banking.
My wife has been a tax pro for 25+years. She is a certified CPA. She has owened her office for 20 years. She teaches Tax Classes every fall. And Gives a Tax UP date class at the local college every January. So if I play this CC it is called money landering. So then when she does our taxes she is comitting fraud. Once again I have to much to lose to gamble on this. Do you think she can say she did not think this was wrong? And it would be my wife they could go after. Would you throw your wife under the bus?

I wish I had credit cards and I will have them when I feel I can do it legaly.

You know, out of convenience I have shopped at a few other seed banks recently that offered credit or crypto payment instead. Your statement right here just earned my patronage. Not many who haven't put their ass on the line understand the risks of running a business that feeds your family, let alone one in an environment of such legal limbo. I admire your thought process and looking out for your customers and your employees by taking on the riskiest parts personally. Impressive. Time to go browse GLG

If you aren't in a super huge rush GLG can't be beat. Prices, ridiculous promo deals (so much BOGO), awesome freebie seeds. Also, super trustworthy.

Their website is visually really calm. I like that.
If you're in Michigan like both I and the company are probably can't beat their speed going to other places even with having to ship them money first.
