Says 2 for a 5x5..... i would run at least 3 or 4. See what others have to say, LEDs are not my thing.

Hard to really understand what you are saying there guy. Yes there are two boards but the light as a "kit" is only 240w and likely only good for flowering about 2'x3'

Should be plenty of light for a 2x2. Might even be to much. Still.... dont go off my word, im not an led guy.
Honestly, it seems like a good price for a 240W actual. Hopefully some of the LED guys/gals will have a look and let us know whether the diodes and other parts are of decent quality or not. If so, I'd pick up a couple for myself to play with.

Youd need at least 6 of them to equal a 1000w Hortilux HID which is 1600PPF. Hortilux is good for a 4 x 4.
So going by that youd need 3 of them to do a 2 x 2 justice.
Im also highly skeptical of any company that greatly overrates their products. Thats the main reason I stayed away from LED for so long.
Id look into the HLG LED myself.

yh i have heard they are goood :/ if a mars hydro 600 ts is 100wats true and is good for a 2x2 surely these are good enough at 240wats true full spectrum right and they are better on electric ?

Thats mars is not enough light for a 2x2 but the 240w is.
check your math bud. a 4x4 is four times bigger than a 2x2 lol. One of these should be enough. Most people would say a 1000w hortilux is the MOST you can put in a 4x4.

The lights/Driver, reflector strips they use or delivery must not be very efficient to only get 250PPF from 240w, and Samsung Diodes. Very Inefficient.
Im just going by their own specs. They say 250PPF.
Gavita 1700e is getting 1700PPF from 645W.
Phillips is getting 1800PPF from 635W
HLG is getting 1700PPF from 610w. 650R
