Unhappy looking plant

Hi there, fairly new uk grower here looking for some advice. I popped 2 inhouse genetics skywalker og x platinum around 18 days ago, I started them in eazy plugs and they took off fast. I transplanted the to bigger pots filled with ecothrive coco with 2% charge about 5 days ago and roots are already out the bottom of the pot, 1 of the plants looks happy but the other one looks a bit sad and seems to be drooping slightly so I’m looking to find out why this might be. The plants are currently under a diyleduk 275w hlg led turned down to 50% hung about 10 inches from the plants, temps may be a bit low sitting at a steady 16c lights out and 20c lights on, humidity is steady at 60%. They have had one feed of emerald harvest Cali pro a+b at 50% recommended strength for seedlings since the transplant. I don’t think the drooping is caused by over watering as I’m conscious about keeping a good wet/dry cycle, I don’t think it’s over feeding as they have only had 1 feed at 50% strength although the coco does have nutrient content. I have attached pics for you guys to see and I’m wondering could it be any of the following. Temps to low? Underfed? Transplant shock? Am I just being a wally and need to give it a bit more time to settle in new pot? AHH not quite sure. As wife brought them when she went out. I believe they could be 2 gallon pots. The lights are due to go off in about 3 hours. I really want to flush these plants. 500ml of nuets bad ? Sured between 3 of course. Not just 500ml each plant. It wasn't till she used the nutrients as I was in the shower at the time when I started noticing shit on my leaves. Like the plant was just dark green. Which I know is nitrogen but least it didn't have all the ugly deficiency stuff. I personally reckon they're fine but could use a flush then go back to just water?

And flushing just before lights out isn’t a good idea. You don’t want them sitting in saturated water over night. You typically wanna feed/flush just after lights on.

I’m pretty sure that soil has nutrients in it that are slow released, like miracle grow. You typically don’t need to add any liquid Nutes to these types of soil because they already have it, it just releases slowly over time. Adding more Nutes will just eventually start some type of toxicity. The only thing you might need is some calmag, but that depends on whether you’re using tap or distilled water. Does the bag say anything about slow release nutrients?

Funny you say that actually. The slow release nuets. Because the first soil before the one I'm using already had everything the plant needed. And I think because my wife forgot she decided to make a feed up of the 500ml. I was aware of her making the feed. But wasn't expecting it to be 500ml equaled between 3 plants to me this sounds to much. And because we had already used last soil just for the soil I'm using now which I don't know why I'd do that just thought it would have a kick off since the soil I'm using now didint contain nuets maybe this is why I'm getting hit with nitrogen deficiency it makes sense. I think it does I've been up all night trying to think how to help them haven't slept just lectually stare at them like I want to help use girls. Well my wife is happily snoring away lol

Like I couldn't careless about dark green leaves I just want the claw at the edge of the leaves to go away. I understand it's nitrogen but how do I fix this other then flushing my plant. I refuse to use anymore nutrients this shit bangs my head against walls lmao

Since your soil is slow released, all you can do is water and wait. Are you ph’ing your water? If not, the wrong ph can lock out certain nutrients from being used by the roots. You usually wanna stay around 6.5-7 ph.

I just don't like seeing them like this it's sad. I've been awake all night it's now 9.07 in the morning. Also I noticed they started clawing at the leaf edges when I waterd it yesterday obviously cause it's taking up those nutrients. But it's hard to judge she said 500ml she made up I was in the shower. Haha . And we use water well water bro cause live in country like tap water but straight from a well I don't know the pH though don't have that handy device yet shit may pay to get one. Bruh I need a blaze this is stressful haha
