Perpetually droopy hempy solo cups

Under a hlg 135 in a 2x2 tent.
Coco perlite mix.
Fed daily approx 300 ppm H&G cocos a+b.
Always ph to 5.8 / It's 7.0 @ 110 ppm out of tap.
They always look like this. They have only prayed to the light one time as far as I know. The small ones get fed the same mix and seem stoked about it. Strains are Useful Orange cookies x Chocolate Diesel, Bad Dawg Lvtk x Long bottom fighter, and Bad Dawg Gsc x apollo 13. I don't want my smalls to end up like these. Please help

I might stop watering a couple of them to see if its overwatering.

Be sure cups have drain holes.

I tried feeding every other day but they got light and got a couple spots. They drain well and if any perlite tries to block the hole I gently pry it out of the way. Looked at my roots yesterday and they are all bright white. No gnats yet, but it's just started trying to get warm out

Not trying to be argumentative, but there are a great number of people who finish in small hempy containers. Much larger plants with roots completely enveloping the grow medium. The roots of my plants are just starting to fill the perlite zone, so I don't think they've run out of room. The cups have never gone dry, and the nute mix is reset every evening. I mean, they are growing, but they never look happy. Thanks for the suggestion

Yeah, they need bigger pots, unless you intend finishing in them.

I run 5 gallon bucket perlite hempy,I have no use for coco for anything other than mushrooms.I used 3 gallon to start then to 5 gallon.The plant are more stable in the bigger buckets.I start in solo then to 5 now.

Will do. If this many people are saying the same thing, I have no other choice as I am a noob and everyone else's grows speak for themselves. I was just expecting to be able to leave them in the cups almost indefinitely as I have seen others do. Thanks everyone for your help

Coco. I keep them in solos until healthy and well rooted. 1.2ec ph 5.8 thru 6.3.

This is exactly the kind of thing that led me to believe that I had plenty of time in the cups. Why won't my plants perk up like this? My plan was to keep everything smaller until it sexed, then take clones. Now I've ordered a 3x3 so I have room for small stunted plants in larger containers

I use wet/dry cycles.

Ie. I let the cups get extremely light and "dry" by picking them up. Then flood each cup with nutes until runoff. Repeat.

A few times I let them get too dry. You will know....they start to go limp. Not good.

I found melting drain holes best. No cracking of plastic.

have you measure your runoff? and do you feed daily to runoff?

Have you tried multiple feedings per day? People that do those solo cup grows feed many times daily.
Considering the size of the plants in those cups.......they're probably drying out quickly.

I'll check runoff, I do feed daily to runoff, but have started shooting for more runoff lately in hopes that it would act like a flush while making sure its drawing plenty of air through

They will be going into larger containers tomorrow. But they actually never feel dried out. Even the times I've checked the roots before feeding, there is still plenty of moisture down at the perlite zone.

Pop the shittiest looking one out of a cup and take a pic of the roots. My guess is you are just water logging what little roots they have. I grow in coco and at this stage I am not watering every day, maybe every second or third.

They will be transplanted tomorrow so I will try not feeding this evening. There were only a couple drops of water in the bottom of the cup when I took the pic
