To all my American friends south of the boarder, wtf is your government doing?

Canada keeps adding more restrictions to limit the spread, but your government seems to worry more about the economy than its peoples health.

Don't be divisie, the Americans are plenty pissed about this and a few are on edge, keep this shit up an one or two might hand you your head back on a platter. We've had problems with our response and preparations too, here in NS we were the last province to declare a state of emergency on Sunday.

We should not get cocky and if we are ahead of this in a couple of weeks, we need to think about sending what excess personnel, aid and equipment we have south, to help out as much as we can. Read what the people of Boston did after the Halifax explosion devastated the city in WWI After our own needs are meet we should help where and when we can, we will be very lucky if we able to do so though. 3 months will see many PPE issues resolved one way or another, recovered health care workers won't need any at all, as will many others, manufacturers are ramping up on needed equipment and supplies. New treatment protocols and drugs may reduce the need for ventilators and shorten hospitalisation times soon as the medical system adapts.

We have not been doing a very good job on testing and preparation either and we can use a 30 day "reset" too, to better prepare and knock this thing back. Don't kick Uncle Sam while he's down, you'll just piss him off when he gets back on his feet, WTF do you think is gonna happen to Russian when he does? HINT: The beaver will be chewing on the bears ass, while the eagle swoops in and the British bulldog bites, all the NATO critters are gonna tear that bear apart...

You are not wrong to point this out. It would be a catastrophe if he pulls the rug out from under the feet of our medical community. In a week or so, things are going to be so bad that IMO, he'll back off. He's already done a ton of harm just by endorsing what right wing propaganda alarmists are saying. Just making it worse.
 
I would not put too much stock in our situation (Canada). There has been very little testing done to this point. The tests are being saved for the extremely ill, to determine which area they go to (infected or not).

Testing is sent to Manitoba and had a 2-5 day turnaround I heard last week. I hope they have something better than that available soon.

So...limited data?

Countries like Korea and Japan used systematic testing to slow the spread. All around me I see people not taking this seriously.

During the 1918 pandemic the initial virus was somewhat manageable, however it gained strength when it came back around in the fall.

They would be extradited back to the states to face the music, you got lot's of native talent, people want a return to normalcy and stability, they want Joe for POTUS. I think Joe might end up winning every state in the union, if Donald keeps this shit up, his coattails would extend for miles and miles.

I already have an outdated orange rug with a few stains.

Citation, Canadian Trumper, he has no history of molestation, your engaging in liable and character assassination, you've demonstrated a level of personal integrity on par with a Trumper. I've found most bigots don't like Justin, he's got his dad's guts and common sense, though more people talent than his old man. Perhaps a tory like you pines for Stephen Harper, I and about 3/4 of the country don't though. If the left vote wasn't divided between the liberals, NDP and greens, the tories would be damn near extinct except in alberta and sask.

Just because are fake leader cheated and groped his way through life doesn't mean we all do.

Lol. I don’t provide citations but google Justin Trudeau groping for about a hundred news articles from the time. His daddy Pierre “whoops I forgot the property rights” Turd is equally useless in my opinion. I can even agree Harper is a dipshit for giving up our privacy at the end of his term. I’m fair like that.

Nothing like polarization, assumption, and using a broad brush.

I don’t purchase a membership in any of them. Perhaps you are a member of the liberal party?

Nothing wrong with that, it’s better than all the people who are not voting. Or all the people voting for who they are told to.
