I’d put a scrog in there, train the fuck out of them. You might need to be aggressive with the training to get them inline. Fill the scrog 80ish% wouldn’t take long then flip it. Get better nutes for flower at least, not sure what lights your running for flower but do your watts per square foot to make sure it’s enough power for flower. Then you should get something ok. Empty space is wasted space in a grow area It’s like putting your penis in a vagina halfway, whilst fun balls deep is much better.
This is how I approach vagina and grow spaces. Your plants and vaginas will thank you.
