Does topping your plants mean bigger yield?

back to subject at hand - i lst'd my first plant in its 8th week of veg four plants runin right now a white ogkush thats getting lst'd to deff its in soil mix is 4 parts ff to 1 part (i cant think of the name of the white foam shit) in a kittty litter container its five gal but i like its shape drilled around top bottom and sides near bottom for air

anyway im doing a ode to Elite Genetics good guy with some great genetics some of the kids never heard of him im doing the 2 white ogkushes one lsted one fimed im doing one of my seeds its starting to look likea boy it is a old school ogkush x lemon og chem (lemon larry ogkush x chemdawg D)and one fore og kush all EG's gear serious shit
Elite had to go on Federal vacation i hope he is back soon

anyway im doing my first lst and it s beautiful like pizza pie big round and flat it makes plant react different makes it bush up almost like bush master just from tip being lowered sends signals to plant for it to create another top it needs a new leader and whole plant is competing to be top bud once agin i guess plant only has x to spend but we will see difference alli kitty liter containers insted of my 5 gal pots all drilled up but just 2 getting lst one just lst 1 lst and fim 2 just fim i dont think i like fim any more next to lst and fim stops growth for about a week something to think about

you like take a copy thats what i do i steal them all over the internet got so many and cant wait to use them like seeds

cowell i like your imputs and your thery of collect info but then you do whats best for you

another point is grow for a long time especially a low yelder and with a low yielder and with a low yielder get some lights on bottom of plant to encourage more buds

I Lollipop my plants because I personally think those bottom limbs don't produce enough to amount to a hill of beans,

and the plant doesn't waste energy on those little nothings. Personal pref thing though just like topping. I top at the 5th or 7th node on every strain I grow.

Any person that is not getting their plant to produce at least 16 to 20 ozs. per plant should not be advising, they should be seeking advice. Go to a good site with sound advice and lots of experience, like Dude Grows.
