whats a reliable but simple feeding program ?

Looking for a simple but effective feeding program , been using fox farm trio with cal-mag , mammoth , SLF,
Curious as to what may work better and maybe not so many formulas .

I’ve always had luck with General Hydroponics and a couple of there other additives. Now I grow no-till organic so it’s mainly just water/em-1/molasses/fish emulsion/banana water that I use with the COOTS soil recipe

SPL nailed it ... simple dry ammended. I am currently running a water only grow ... FFOF and HF fruit / veg dry fertilizer.

Water when needed and let them do their thing ... later you can top dress same mix to “ recharge “ medium for flower stages. No excess issues just green .

Amazon and build a soil.

I get premiere peat moss from lowes and garden pumice from my local nursery. But both ^^^ will have it online

3 gal is too small for living soil. You want 15 gallon minimum. With true natural organics plants need to have large root balls to produce a good yield and large buds . You'll get tiny buds in 3 gals.


You could reuse that same soil for the rest of your life and only have to reamend it twice a year. Top dress castings once a month. My soil is over 10 years old.

Coots uses his own special made worm castings. Aged manure that is worked over by worms for a little more then a year. Red wigglers on top and nightcrawlers on the bottom of the smart pot worm bin. Has to be aged poo or it will kill the worms. He also feeds them malted barley and lots of fresh comfrey. If you go buy regular old castings from the grow store you might be disappointed in the performance of the mix. Nug... can you run that stuff with hempy pots? Sorry if a dumb question. Still pretty new to growing. I've only done Michigan Made with Pappas poop and one DWC with AN. Jesus that was expensive but I got some good Blue Venom buds. With my 3rd grow, I'm looking to simplify. I didn't realize how much time goes into growing. I love it, don't get me wrong... I'm hooked.
