Quit posting for a minute. My sister had a stroke and was in the hospital. Then she got out. Now my wife is with a lung infection. Her lungs arent absorbing the oxygen when she breathes in. Her oxygen saturation for a 35 yoa female in good health and weight. Should be at roughly 95-99 on pulse ox. Hers is at 72. During resting. So essentially she had been laying there suffocating. But they finally got it under control. So I hadn't been posting. But I have some finished pics of the 1920w light.

Also theyre not lm301b. Wrong shape diode, those look 5630. I guess lm561c
That what it was suppose to say my phone autocorrected. Bc I've type lm561c and lm301b so many times. It pops up. They are 561c you are correct. Rita made it very easy. And I got a great price. I didnt go through alibaba. I'm friends with her on Facebook. We talked on their, told I was building veg lights for someone. Told her what i would pay to keep my price on point for what I quoted. She said no problem. Sent me an invoice on PayPal. I paid it. They were at my door step in 6 business days. For veg only 4ks. They will veg the shit outta some plants.

@whytewidow, any chance you can post a parts lists, including the strips you used for the DIYers here like myself? I can see you are using CC drivers and wiring in parallel.

I'm using QB288's and series but would like to help convince a local buddy to put something in his new space so he takes down his Gavita. If I like the strips enough then I'll also make one for my 5 x 5 to replace my 480w of QB V1's.

Two questions, one sort of answered since I see you have them lit and resting on their edge. They are lightweight enough to keep from being "flimsy" without an outer frame?

Second question, how the f#$@ did you ship these beasts? LOL Did you partially disassemble them?

WW used the Cutter electronics Sol skin strips. The heatsinks hes using are from heatsink usa .601 size, they have enough rigidity that keeps things straight and not too flimsy.

WW hasnt been around much lately, dealing with some family stuff i believe, figured id pop in and answer what i knew for ya.

He helped me plan my build from start to finish, so im familiar with all the parts he used and sizes lol
