I think the brain stops developing at age 25? I'm pretty sure it's something like that. and me myself has a bit of ocd too. I try not to consider it ocd, but more so a pet peeve of mine, and that is I have to do something an even amount of times, or eat an even amount of things. I eat french fries, potato chips, grapes, etc. by twos, and when there is an odd amount of something to eat, I rip the last one in half so it evens it out.16 is an early age, 18 is an early age, 21 is still pushing it a little 'cause that is when your body stops growing.. Not sure if that's when your brain "stops growing."
Those are the two I dis-agree with. I think it's more like 8 states.
- Thirty-five states have passed legislation permitting medical use of marijuana.
- Twelve Americans recieve prescribed marijuana from the U.S. government.
my favorite
- More than 400,000 Americans die from diseases related to cigarette smoking each year.
More than 150,000 Americans die of alcohol abuse each year.
But in more than 10,000 years of usage, no one has ever died from marijuana

And did you possibly mean 12% of americans? Lmao.
PS. For the record, "Hemp" is a strain of "Legal" marijuana with no THC in it. You can legally grow hemp in your front yard, but it won't get you high. You'll probably be arrested for having it, but the charges would be dropped if you fought hard enough and proved that it wasn't a drug at all.
