Free market feedback is all around you, posted here on this forum even. Consider all the people that register their success or complaints with all the different types of lights, seeds, seed distributors and grow equipment etc. Not to mention Amazon, E-bay etc.

If you have a horrible meal and horrible service at a restaurant, and maybe even find a turd on the bathroom floor, are you likely to communicate your bad experience to others ? I bet you are. Ditto for a great meal and great service. So it's probably already worked for you.
You as a consumer are free to give your money to the service provider that gives good service....UNLESS, it's government , they don't care about your feedback, you're stuck with their "services" and they get to name the price and force you to pay, even when you don't use the service. Now don't you feel just a little silly?
