The credit is worthy bud, you are constantly sharing your triumphs and mistakes, everyone should and could learn from both.

Personally one of the reasons i even decided to create this journal was for the next guy. That next newbie who was just like me 3-4 months ago, if any of this helps even one person it wouldve been worth it.

I have all of my own personal notes/journal stuff logged separately on my pc. This thread gets the condensed version lol
Yeah, I am hesitant to start posting all the ppm's and other stuff I take notes on. I have a binder with dividers, and just take notes on random stuff. Like now, trying to figure out what she needs in flower I am tracking the ppm a little closer. I almost WANT to see some nute burn just to know that she's not being deprived LOL. But I don't religiously keep track of every number.

Since I use a vast selection of nutes (in minute quantities) I just made a checklist of all the nutes, with one column for what is recommended per gallon for that week, then another column where I figure out what I plan to use. I do check the ppm to see if it is close to what is recommended, and I may adjust it - usually adding some water. But after I get done feeding, checking run-off etc. I pitch it, and just jot a note or two in the binder. If the ppm was important, I add that, but usually not.

I don't do that any more ;). Except for the tops which I lovingly groom, I leave everything with sugar on all the other buds then use the bowl-spin-trimmer. What is cool is that when green and plump, very few actual nugs fall through the grate. With the good lights even the 'under-nugs' have some density, so trimmed green you only have a few random chunks of bud to try - and ounces of trim and hash :)

Ya Im kinda similar.

I Log whatever I feel is important, things I want to know for future reference etc.

I do log ppms after I feed, mainly because I've never done this before I want to know what the plants are taking in and what's coming out. I don't really rely or use them other than that.

I have always been decent at keeping record/notes of things, it translates well in this hobby. So many little nuances and things to remember to apply or not to future grows.

Update day 21 flower. Pics look same as yesterday lol

Coasting along, stacking buds, smelling dankolicious

Here's a space cookies update tho if you would like to see it

Day 23 from sprout

Space cookies from paradise seeds
They slowly vegging under 320w t5ho
Ffof medium

They are growing nicely but I do think they are def growing slower than under the mh. Both have been topped and lst has begun.

These girls will veg until the fruit punch are done flowering. So I expect they gonna be big ole bushes by then lol

Yes I realize the soil settled more than I expected and I wish the plants were sitting a little higher in the pots. Live and learn. They will be fine, just annoying that's all

This pic shows their height a little better.

They have been tied down for 3 days now, so getting more and more bent over.

The bottom growth took off once I topped them of course. So I started opening them up.

Lights are about 2 inches from top leaves

I read an old hippie trick that if you watch close right about now, take note of when you see the first brown pistil. Supposedly, your optimum harvest will be 21 days from then. With the QB lights, I have yet to make it to 21 days LOL

I flipped on Jan 7 and they had 21 hours of dark while I changed light schedule

I counted Jan 8th as day 1
Same here 7th/8th - but it's sketchy for a stoner to figure it out with day at night in my closet bongsmilie

I'm thinking about just becoming nocturnal

While I'm here, on the soil settling thing - you can add soil when they get bigger. If there's enough stretch, you could do it early and it might even put out more roots from the newly buried part. You could probably score the trunk a little before you bury it, maybe brush some clonex or aloe (from the plant, not hand cream :) ) on the scuffs before you cover it.
