Unfortunately I think it goes deeper than that. But yes, I’m sure the war machine is now the driver for the most part. There have been war as long as there has been people. I dont think economy was a driving factor when cave “a” attacked and killed cave “b”, but I don’t profess to be an expert on human behaviour, just ask my daughters when they were in their teens, it was a very frustrating time for me lol.

acts committed during wartime can be murder...but this was not. your moral code is not the one used to make these decisions (or any others, thank w/e gods you believe in)
it was within the standards set out by the international community as acceptable behavior in the situation. it happened 75 years ago, and the world isn't clamoring for justice....it wasn't murder, or a war crime. it was a horrible thing, and i hope it's never repeated, but that doesn't make it murder.

why were they attacking? better fishing streams, better crop land, better herds, better living sites, better resources.....it's always been about money....or the equivalent there of

Let's clear this up.

Is murder an acceptable thing or unacceptable thing ? I say it's unacceptable.

By murder I don't mean use of defensive force against people, I mean using nuclear weapons which kill indiscriminately and the outcome that innocent people will be killed (murdered) is a known thing.


So killing babies is "defending" your country? How ?
