Its would be a scrog under a 1kw hps.

What strain would it be? Anything that flowers in 8 weeks. I love me some kush. Honestly strain isnt a huge deal to me tho.. I have preferances ya... but I've grown out loads of great strains an some of the best were unexpected gems.

Totally agree with ya there some of my best smokes have come from low yeilding gems.

Wtf really? It's the best way to train a plant in my opinion. Theres a massive thread on it here in the advanced section. It's actually very very easy to do and I recommend it to everyone.

i grew a green ninja scrog method .it was like a small tree by harvest

Generally a scrog will yield the highest amount the easiest. I can easily get a lb from a single plant under a 1kw when I scrog it. My largest indoor scrog for a single plant gave me 830 dry grams (nearly 2 lbs) of some of the best smoke ever.

the middle is all the buds that would of stayed small because of lack of light . Cheers

I have seen some great scrogs but it is labor intensive and requires long veg.

I average about 20 oz from a 600w hps in a 3.5’ x 3.5’ area with 4 plants in 3 gallon pots bent and tied down to promote branching out into bushes.

I admit it took a couple years practicing with the same everything to accomplish it.

I used to use 40-60 day veg but when I tested the sativa leaning strains 12/12 from seed I still got the yield. Just had to tie and stake for support more as the branches were thinner.

I can move plants around easily to water and work on them and remove them from the room to harvest.

I run a perpetual with plants always flowering so I need to be able to move them.

I bend and tie down branches (lst) and also supercrop (pinch and fold) them to maintain an even canopy.

Actually its more related to hormonal distribution than them getting more light. Great looking plant btw.
