Kicking and screaming while on the phone. I fought him off (I’m not a little girl) and he ran out of the apartment. When the cops came I saw the poor undocumented girl from across the hall bloody lip and sobbing. I didn’t know until the trial what had happened to her, it was heartbreaking..... The whole situation was horrible to go through and then to find out that girl was just sent back to her country without justice is just sad.


I completely agree that rape happens from those here legally and illegally. My point was this man had been arrested multiple times for crimes of rape, assault and burglary each time being deported and coming back to our country to do it again.

If the girl would have went through the process properly and been documented she could have gotten help to overcome what happened to her instead of being sent to where her life was bad enough for her to want to leave in the first place.

Do you have on record that you called to have your sliding door fixed ? If so you have the grounds for a law suit against your apt complex. Why would he wake you if his pants were already down saying " I fuck you I fuck you... and would he not have said me fuck you me fuck you ? I mean damn he allowed you to get out of sleep, grab a cell phone and dial 911 :roll: Seems like he would have jump your big bones whilst you were in slumber or at least been on top of you pulling at your clothes. Did this guy have a name. I'm sure you know it and your identity is hidden being a rape victim .Oh and speaking of big. How tall are you and how much do you weigh ? Just trying to get a picture here.

It was on record about the sliding glass door, I didn’t sue (but could have) however I used it as leverage to get out of my lease early. He does have a name, but I didn’t think I was really allowed to post it but if you like I can. I woke because of sound of my bedroom door. The cell phone was right next to me (I used it as an alarm clock) it was a flip phone (it was 12 years ago) it was set up to push an arrow on top followed by the green call button to call 911. I at the time was 5’6 approximately 210 lbs(like I said I wasn’t a little girl)

If needed I can also give you the judges name, town that the trial was held.

Like I said I have no reason to lie. This was a traumatizing event in my life I shared it to help you gain a different perspective. You don’t need to believe. Those of you who insult me and make fun of what happened to me are sick. I pray none of your female loved ones ever go through anything like this. I will carry the memory with me for the rest of my life.

Just an FYI I’ve never smoked meth, I’m not a democrat and my husband would never speak to me the way you sad little boys do.
