Can't see the damage well in the pic, but tape it up real tight, support it with a stake and cross your fingers. I had one that bad a couple of years ago and it survived.

Tie her up, mist the parts up from the break. It can be saved.

I think you can save it, so that's good. I broke a secondary limb earlier on in veg and I just clipped it off. Depending on the time of the break, what stage of life the plant is in, determines a lot. If I wasn't in veg I would have tried to repair it. That plant came back to make up the difference though. This shit happens to every. single. grower. No exceptions. It's the whole straw that broke the camels back thing. I think you'll find, if you happen to lose that part of plant, she will just pump her energy to other parts of the plant, and overall total loss at harvest would be negligible.

While I'm at it,even though its off-topic, looking at your thermo-hydrometer, according to a VPD (vapor pressure deficit) chart, your humidity is all wrong. From what I understand, a temp of 84 should have a humidity of 65-80%. So, these would be temperatures and conditions you'd experience outside around May in my part of the world. Looking at the chart, as the temp drops outside, to 68 degrees around the beginning of fall, the relative humidity required for the stomas on the plant to breath properly goes down to 50-70%, and as it gets even cooler, towards the end of harvest, at 60 degrees we see that 35% is the lowest humidity you want to have. It's called riding the wave if you keep your tmps dialed in according to this chart.VPD measures a plants ability to exchange c02 for oxygen, or to breath basically.

It's a psychological thing, you know? It's the main stem, like the main cola, that type of thing... To tell you the truth, I was about fed up with this plant for various reasons, and now, after i had brought this plant back from the dead basically, this happens, but i am not a quitter... But I really think that this part of the plant is done, at least it looks that way...15281760079891355299090.jpg

You gotta spray it with water man cause it's not getting water from stem anymore. Spraying with water will help keep it hydrated while it heals. And yeah, I understand the psychological reasoning behind it...but I truly believe if you're missing the main cola, the size will be made up for on another part of the plant.
