You have just left it where it was ....
She is shocked from dog , overwatering, and now transplanting with even more misting.

It is a young sensitive plant , so just let her find her way back by just letting her be would have been better. Left in its original container under a single CFL ( not a big LED light ) for recovery.

Forget topping or anything else for AT least a few weeks let her get back before manhandling it again. And then you going to have to RE transplant again. As far as solo cup issue find an old plastic tumbler or go get a pack of red solos and slide that cup over your clear one.

Start another just in case.

Between 2-4" from her ... Run it 24/0 , put some air across her to help strengthen stem and dry medium. ( not a wind storm but gentle ) to help promote air exchange .

Past 6" distance the bulbs lose its strength badly. But within a couple inches they do well.
A simple 100w " EQUIVALENT " bulb rated at 23 watts or better will do the trick.

i got a Its a 14w 900 lumon CFL

I would face the fan away from the plant so pull air insted of blowing across the plant, you can then keep the fan on full 2-3" from the plant and it causes a good air flow in the room

should i cut those dead pieces of the leaves off?

I would leave them on becasuse the plant can redirect the food in the damaged fan leaves, remove them when they are brown or completely crips

Leaving the 2 damage leaves will give the plant a better chance.
Good idea leaving the lights on 24 as this keeps the environment constant and this will keep your plants happy

here’s pics of the plant, should i leave it on the light 24/0? also what can i do about temps it’s currently about 92° inside the lil box

You're gonna kill it at 92° with no exhaust.
What is it in? Does it have a zipper window/door?
Just open it.
You can keep it open until flower if you have to. Sort yourself out in the meantime.
I never go 24/0 anymore.
18/6.
They do better with a cycle.
