What would 2 computer programs have to say to each other?

I was recently watching a video on YouTube and heard about Facebook having an issue a while back with 2 AI programs they had to shut down because they caught them communicating with each other. Hmmmmm

What in the hell would these programs need to be secretly discussing? And I'm sure you have heard about Sophia?? They had her and another earlier AI bot and I will be damned if they didn't show a form of ego!! The male bot was acting cocky!!

Just something the missus and myself stumbled upon! I was talking about it to a friend and when I pulled my phone out my pocket, it had factory reset itself.... I guess it heard me and was erasing my evidence...lol..

OK.... I'm going back to check on my tide pods. . I'mma try a new recipe with some spaghetti!! (At least hope they think I'm that stupid...)

Computers don't just randomly share information, but admittedly, I'm not up to speed on the latest AI tech.
What you describe sounds more like what would happen if a computer was compromised by nefarious software and was "phoning home".

Speaking of Tide Pods....what the hell is that all about??!!!! My local news had a PSA about talking to your up to HS age kids about not eating them. Good god even my folks never had to tell us to not eat Tide

Didn't the terminator say that skynet is opened to the internet in 2020 and that's when it becomes unstoppable... That's what they said would have happen if these 2 programs would have been on the open web.. they would have spread so far they wouldn't have been able to stop them...

They said that they still don't have a clue what these 2 programs were saying.. they had created a language to talk to each other.. they are saying that that's where Bitcoin was created from and for... The AI's to have the ability to purchase things..

Saudia Arabia made the AI bot (Sophia) a legal citizen. That way they can employee her. You think about it... With all the CPU's they have mining Bitcoins, imagine giving a super computer like Sophia control!!! This shit is gonna get real, real quick!!

Yo @Chunky Stool every time I change my radiator fluid, if it's over I just use a straw to correct it... My wife hates that joke...lol

Same to you @Singlemalt ... Things are going well!! I'm feeling a lot better these days. You holding that border down? I think the whole Tide pod challenge shit is hilarious.. they have them locked up at Walmart and places.. no buzz I don't think... Big difference from my childhood and this one..smh!! I can't wait for pride and respect come back as a new fad!! Yeah right!!
