For the elaborate mods/designs pics would be helpful like some have posted, or a pic of a sketch, they'll likely be answered more favourably and faster if it's easier to "picture" the design.
Since there's the 1 hole rule I'm going to do something really out of character and just throw some dirt in a cup with a (<= 1/4") hole and be done with it

The inside cups walls are made of flyscreen and act as an airpot, the bottom of netcup is removed having the "flyscreen netpot" filled with coco sitting on 1.5" perlite in the outer 16oz party cup with 1/4" drain hole that can be used or plugged per the requirement. The top of the inside netpot is level with the outside 16oz party cup

I have no desire to hijack.
That is to collaborate with soil growers if they want too outside of the competition if it is allowed.
I'm hoping with some other non participating soil growers to help the soil growers kick the shit out of the hydro growers.
Since only 20% make it to the end and I could cross the finish line with a shot glass maybe I have something to offer
I plan on trying to get some other growers to enter but I am not going to @ them just get there attention.

You seem very confused, are you sure you know where you are?
Unless you have some super hot magic soil that isn't too hot for healthy plant growth yet can release nutrients perfectly in a palm sized portion for a full 90 days your soil plant is going down just like the rest who have come before you.
