I know, I have been defoliating a little harder each time. Opening up the canopy so a few more nodes catch up. This was the #6 defoliation.
I took low quality pics cuz my data is a bit high this cycle, but most of the nodes are touching the screen now. I have been pushing the long ones below the screen and away from the center of the plant daily. Flipping light cycle to 12/12 tonight, won't be defoliating again, might lollipop in 21 days.

Lollipop a scrog grow?..defeats the purpose. Lollipop-ing is a sog technique.

It would only be budsites below the screen being removed. Maybe lollipop is the wrong word for it

The pain of regular seeds, are you going to clone the female plant ?

Sorry I don’t buy it. Seeds come in all shapes and sizes, and they can all be male or female. If you could judge sex by looking at the seed, breeders would only release the female seed. Breeders make S1’s for a reason...and even those seeds are variable in size and shape.

Hmm I'm going by the Identification features...the test results I saw ...and it was a diff video as well but sorry I could not find the original...
but the reason I mentioned it was that ...the first guy that I saw do it ..did accurate accounting of his picks and managed 100 percent with his picks...
I tried it myself on my last from seed grow and got all females except 1 out of 22 that I picked using a magnifying glass...
I will keep searching for the original video...
those traits mentioned do seem to have a consistent nature when you single them out while looking at the seeds...
size is not one of the important traits...
well maybe I got lucky...lol

Not sure yet. I have a pack of satori seeds. It's a long flowering strain I bought a while back, I was thinking about doing 12/12 from seed with them. I could easily start them on one half of the bcnl producer.
They are also reg seeds.

Hey farmer! Tough news on the males.
Don't start the late strain.
Get something 8 weeks.
No need to start off a hike with a nail in your foot..
better yet get feminized seeds so your time line not all fucked.
I love regular seeds if you have the time and seed power to do so.
Remember if your say allowed 10 plants you want to germinate 5 -10 times that number especially with regular seeds to account for any males or runts.
Even feminized seeds as you want to account for runts.
Take the best of the best and your off and running.
You probably already know this haha.
