Which led should i pick

For your space it would be very easy.
You could use
4x citizen clu048 1212s ($10each)
4x 120mm pin heat sink ($10each)
1x meanwell hlg 185-c1050 ($30-40)

You simply use thermal adhesive to attach the cobs (citizen 1212s) to each pin heat sink.
Solder the positive wire of the driver (meanwell hlg 185c1050) to the positive on cob 1, solder negative cob1 to positive cob 2, repeat till the cob 4 negative goes to negative on the driver. Its a very simple circuit that requires about an hour to do or less.
You then need a small amount of aluminium frame to hold it all and hang it. You would also attach an earth cable from the frame to the earth on the driver plug.

It would make the world of difference, not only would that only use 156w of power but it would be very powerful.
Its very easy to make and very safe. It will last a decade or longer.

This is pretty much what us LED guys use to grow with these days. It can be expensive but because your only in a 2x2 its really cost effective.
Although I mentioned digikey earlier, the best option price wise would be kingbrite on Alibaba for all the parts in one parcel. They will deliver to Saudi.

Cost way more than that from him and after asking him to put a list of parts for me together at my $150 budget he ghosted me for two weeks now. Don't think he likes helping the small guy trying to treat a tumor and wife with seizures and 3 spinal surgeries. Two times he ignored my request for parts needed to build the best light I could for my budget.

Thank you going to go look now. I have been running 2000 advertised watts of led probably 800 in true watts at best, no meter. Bought a 600 hps but just cost to much to run for me to pay electric with so many health problems muy wife can barley walk and one income with no education or degree with 3 kids is rough thank God I have a trade. Just bought a 315 lec yesterday to replace 600 hps. Whole setup was $265 including bulb not bad and it covers more area looks brighter but I think cob or quality led is best.

That's what I would do also. Much better uniformity with strips and can get them real close to the canopy. I'm going to use Samsung's but the Bridgelux are also very good. Not too much to choose between them. Make sure you get the newer version - Gen 2's.
Get a mix of 3000k/5000k for veg and flower or just 3000k if for flower only.

I here ya on that. For 150$ parts woulda been tight. But for what you spent 265$ could have had a pretty decent diy light fixture. Ive been around reading others thtrads on help with diy led and i remember this member helped out another member and wrote out a nice parts list. Can't remember who it was tho. They diy lights i use where pretty inexpensive and they r no named parts and purchased majority of the stuff off amazon

I had to buy local fast cause my 600 hps was just costing to much to run with light and ac needed. I like the 315 but really want new led tech but at budget has to be diy.

The easiest light i put together was my flower light. I bought 40x 10 watt warm white led chips for 34$ from amazon. A led driver artic silver thermal adheasive 2x 3ft 1 inch aluminum sq stock from menards had them cut to 18" and pc fans for cooling. Used 18 gauge wire i stripped to legnth layed out and pasted the chips down and soldered positive and negative joints in parrallel.

No named parts i just went an alternate way besides bridgelux or cree or any of those big named parts. Havent had a problem so far and she is nice and bright

Use 3 x BXEB-L0560Z-30E2000-C-A3 and 3 x BXEB-L0560Z-50E2000-C-A3 which should cost ~ $50
As for a driver use possibly a Meanwell HLG-120H-C1050A which should cost ~ $40
You'll need 6-8ft of aluminum angle and some wire to connect the strips together - plenty of people here to help with that if you aren't sure - so $150 should easily cover it.
By using the tool in my sig I calculated a PPFD of 830 at 12 inches above the canopy which is perfect. If you use a ScrOG style grow you can get your lighting rig real close and won't have loads of popcorn buds. It will all be good smokeable weed.

I get you're only runninf 12v, but exposed wire? There is a product called liquid tape, but were it me I would have left the insulation on....just my 02.
