No, actually it is a fact that "you don't get child porn links without explicitly searching for them/being on a pervert website." I've never stumbled onto a link to child porn site. I've never searched for one either. Ever. Have you accidentally stumbled on a link to a kiddie porn site?

I don't always think of things within the context of legal or illegal, so your question is formed in such a way it may be making assumptions.

While it is legal in some places for you to bang your babysitter, it isn't something I'd personally endorse. However if the other person is capable of providing consent and does, I'm not sure how I'd have any right to stop you. Could you explain where I might get a right to stop two consenting people from engaging in something which doesn't involve me ? Sounds a little Prohibitiony.
