I was born on an island that still had Japanese soldiers on it from WWII, lived in a hut and subsisted on whatever could be found.

I don't need a license to travel, since all people have equal rights and neither you or I have any right to keep others from driving, where would anybody else get that right to prevent me from doing so from?

Personally? I don't want an unqualified or unhealthy individual putting my life or the lives of others at risk on the road. It's more about the right of other people to be free to commute safely and not die than about some senile geezer's right to plow into them because he's too old and too unhealthy to be driving.

I'm personally concerned about the people that eat up the psychotropic VA medications and then drive.... and complain about other unsafe people.

Who can give rights when other rights cannot be granted when slavery is made to enforce freedom while freedom provokes racism.
Can one consent if the consenting was allowed to promote others from doing so. Would that be considered rape or slavery ?
