Don't get me wrong here FT. I hope all the best for you and your endeavor to become a world class breeder of cannabis seeds.

You just need to wake up and understand that this quest you wish to embark on will not be as easy as sitting at your PC and googling.

The travel is expensive and not easy as you may think, spending weeks hiking around and camping in hellish conditions will take its toll on you. And you will have to employ guides or you wont even get outside city limits to find what you seek. And if you do find weed how will you know if it is a "virgin" strain?

You are aware that gorilla growers will hike miles just to hide a grow? How will you be certain that you're not ripping someone else off?
its easy to tell, weed growing intertwined with all the plants around it= wild. Growers always will clear out a big field, for best results

First you said it would be hard to find weed in general, Im like no it literally grows all over the place. Now your trying to say its nearly impossible to find wild weed which is also not true

Ok that may be true.

But are you going to scour a 4 mile radius around your "find" to be sure it is not contaminated?

Or could it be that patch you find is "volunteer" from seeds left over from a past gorilla grow?

Just finding weed may not be as difficult as I think, I have never been hunting for it.

You are the one in search of "virgin" genetics and I am pretty sure that is very hard to find.
You are not the first to start on a journey like this.

it doesnt necessarily have to be wild, if you look at how greenhouse seeds found them, Many people in rural places cultivate weed. They dont buy seeds from seedbanks, they get it from whatever was handed down through families. This is good enough for me, they will have pure strains that havent been crossed with anything else. Im sure if I make some friends they will let me have a look, and get some seeds.

Also in your post it states that in many rural areas, weed is sold in markets, which means people wont trip out that your an informant or anything, because literally no one cares
