Diodes are not killing t5.Sorry to say but you guys split hairs over CXB's n Veros but still recommend t-5's? Garaunteed Victor will be upgrading to the best possible as he always has before all others in the past. Being the first/original quality Cob light on the mkt., he's not about to simp now. That's crazy when diodes are killing t-5's @ 100w as opposed to 440w.
Maybe for UV but that's about it.
T5 grows better than any blurple light or single diodes.
Sorry just isn't going to happen.
T5 are more efficient than used to be. Just shy of being on par with single end hid.
I've played around with a few lights including single diode LEDs.
Yes hid has better penetration but t5 will still grow 3-5 foot plants with rock hard nugs.
I personally think t5 bud is better than hid.
I'm going to updrade to cobs but I doubt I will run them by themselves.
What's wrong with t5? It is one of the most popular and used horticulture lights.
If I were choosing a light it would be, in order;
Cob, supplemented with single diodes or t5.
Cmh.
T5.
Hid.
Blurple.
Of course this is all arbitrary. All of those lights grow cannabis. It really comes down to the grower.
Im not really pushing t5. I use it and have used other lights and to me the t5 produces a better quality product.
Of course you are going to shill for amare. Its a good light. Over priced but good.
