Canadians not told about banned pesticide found in medical pot supply

Their THC% is out to lunch. A few years back my wife was excited to order Babba Kush. It did not make sense to me since her limit is 16%. So I checked and the Tweed THC% level was only 13%. WTF. I think that speaks volumes to what kind of schwag they are peddling. One good thing came out of all these recalls and that is, my wife no longer wanting to buy from shady LP's. I am happy with what I can get elsewhere. Nothing like Ontario Grown, LOL.
Just wondering what made ya go with tweed in the first place..... and wtf is this percentage limit? ??? Just wondering
Cause it seems weed affects people differently so she must be 50kg soaking wet ... idk seems weird.... my doc just asked what I feel it was helping and asked if my script level was good enough
Totally on side of mmj..... as she works with opiate addiction and found mj helps peeps get off it.... let alone other med benifits

And how is this working if they won't disclose their fuckups?
Seriously. You know how you usually see a story on the news about "Honda issues Civic recall" or whatever? They don't hide what the problem is and only disclose it to people who bought the vehicles, they disclose it to everyone.

The 'highly regulated' sector is less transparent than auto recalls. Foxes guarding the hen house etc. Any system where malfeasance can be covered up is doomed to failure.

Alot of times people have to die or seriously injured for those recalls to happen...... they must weight money the recall costs over people's lives
Sad

With transparency comes accountability- which is the fastest way to fuck up a good scam!

My wife went with Tweed because that is who her doc uses and so I guess she figured it is good enough for everyone. She set her limit at 9% to start then raised it to 16% but only with a reduction of Percocet, which she hardly uses anyway. I do not understand the limit either, it just results in her having to smoke more. She prefers the stuff I smoke now because it is clearly stronger and undoubtedly cleaner.

Tweed really must have stuck it to the college of physicians....
I have heard of many doctors speaking bedrocan/tweed, as a go to source.
I have told everyone stuck in that position...that they have like 25 legal sources to choose from and I also tell them they are currently better with the black or grey markets. my own doctor told me she went on a 3 day course sponsored by them
so 3 days and couple of hundred bucks and you too can be a Tweed expert...with the ability to push the varieties they claim are good for whatever....
unfortunately for twweed/bedroscam most medical patients are more informed than they think.
The might convince doctors they know what they are talking about but and informed patient can easily put a doctors knowledge on the subject to shame....barring a few actual mmj doctors...

It's good work, man. Keep doing it. One of my first customers some 30 years ago was a college kid my age with bone cancer in his leg. The chemo was nasty, the x-ray device they used to kill the bone marrow was worse.

He'd be gray, dry retching, hadn't eaten for days when I came over with a bag- yet after just one bowl his color was back and he was asking for a ride to McDonald's.

Any guilt I may have had about producing an 'illicit substance' went right the Fuck out the window after that.

I tried that but Doc did not want to play along. I was asked by my wife to stay out of it. That is fine, she is not interested in using an LP anymore, finally.
Just weird man .... cause my Ontario doc asked me which lp I wanted .... told I was good with mine.... so it's not all docs that way

grey market = untested / unknown/ but can be a good source...see what you are getting with prices up front
a little nerve wracking to purchase at dispensery's never know whose watching/following when leaving
mail order- can be nerve wracking until established with an honest source

black market= untested / unknown/ also can see up front/usually a friend or acquaintance /cheaper prices/ safer environment /at dealers house (usually) or dropped off at your home. changes usually weekly so its a crap shoot on specific strains...but friends of friends will sometimes try and
hook you up with the proper grower.

legal LP's= tested / known, quite expensive , can't see smell before hand/strains are a leap of faith/ is traded on market so is profit driven which is always bad for patients/ have to wait for delivery/can be out of stock or shipped ground up or milled/ and complainers can have their prescriptions revoked / batch's can be released and still passes QC and is distributed to customer who consume some before finding out about a recall for banned pesticides.
also lobby in the background against patients rights...to try and force their product on a suspecting client.

I just checked and they have 9% and 17%... so if your limit was 16% then would they force you to take 9?

As a gray market producer, I hold myself to the highest standards of production quality; I spray nothing I wouldn't spray on my kid, I work hard and invest in better equipment regularly and use best practices for trimming and curing.

Strangely enough, I'm never lacking for buyers. Go figure...

Yep, that is about the size of it. Applies across the board be it THC or CBD. She has been trying to get the limit removed but here doc wants her to find out the level of what she is smoking and she will go from there. How the fuck I am supposed to do that, pay for my own testing? Where? Totally insane but just as well since I do not want her smoking the poison from LP's. I could ask my wife to report to her doc she is smoking GSC. If her doc has any product knowledge at all she could easily look up that strain to get an idea of what actually works for her. I am not sure I want to do that least it backfires and she decided to order from an LP again.

That is slowly happening. If nothing else I want to at least know I am buying from a respectable grower that does not use pesticide or anything else that is bad. The product is always good, clean smell and taste.

O.T. I like what you peeps are doing with the avatars, hilarious.
