i come from a family of farmers. the ol' timers used to mix urine and wood ashes to make a fertilizer for the gardens. that was the only fertilizer they had besides manure.

my garden, raised beds and trees are all grown off of diluted urine. diluted won't kill plants as long as its just on the soil. urine is more balanced a fert. than miracle grow and its organic ,sterile and free! most quality ferts. have dried urea in them. i won't use just urine but during the veg. stage it will definitely benefit the plants growth. urine is sterile until you expose it to bacteria. once added to soil the microbes start breaking it down. theres literally no smell.

Ya? Bleach won't kill plants if you dilute a bit into the soil either...sooooo..

urea forms of nitrogen are no different than urine at all, the ONLY issue with urine is the sodium content, which isn't an issue if it's only used when you need a lil extra soluble nitrogen.
do the research on the chemistry and you'll see that there are no differences.

the cool thing is that urine needs no interaction with microbial life to make it bioavailable, it's ready to go, nitrogen is the only Macro that you don't need any microbes to use it.
well, nitrogen as a urea form anyways

Time for everybody to smoke a bowl and agree to disagree. Or else science at each other instead of babble. I want to see a proper experiment and numbers showing peeing (which IS nasty) is actually BETTER for a plant than other sources of the exact same types of nutrients.

I don't use urine on my plants for various reasons, but it can be done.
Hell, my dog pisses all over the plants in my yard & they dig it! (He is very selective, not sure why.)
What really cracks me up is the people who say they would never smoke cannabis that had been "peed on" -- but they don't have a problem with castings/guano (shit) in their soil.
Go figure...

Dialed in, meant for, mostly used, commonly used, best for cannabis. I'm guessing you're not going to use miracle grow, or other products that wouldn't be best suited for your flowers? So all I'm saying is pissing directly on your plants without diluting it is not beneficiall at all. There's better stuff.
