Just grew some and don't get high

Alrighiguys I grew some white widow from ilgm. I harvested last weekend and they dried for a week in temps 60-72 and the rh 45-50%. been in jars for a few days and it does next to nothing. the mexibrick weed I'm buying gets me higher.. any ideas as to what I did wrong? this is the white widow



Rolled this bud up last the night smoked, only 2 heads, and when we're done I'm like wtf?

Do you have any pics just prior to harvest?...The first picture looks like it still had a ton of white pistils. May have harvested a little too soon possibly is all I can think of. Were you able to look at the trichomes closely to see if they were clear,cloudy or amber before harvest?

Yeah I looked at the Triches most were cloudy with a few amber and a few clear. they hadn't grown any white pistols for about 2 weeks prior to harvest. I'm at work now I'll get more pics up later.

Low THC, high CBD strains still have trichs... Did you buy it from a country other then the U.S.? In other countries they can buy bags of hemp seeds most if not ALL contain very little THC and are high in CBD... That guys website also looks like a newbie trap!!! Any website that says I can send back the ungerminated seeds and will only cost me three bucks in stamps.... Nope

This is an interesting reply. this never crossed my mind, and maybe it's the case. He does send tge seeds from another country, but I'm not sure which. maybe I harvested to early or dried to quick or something but that might be another possibility.

And I have another strain that is about a month in from the same company. idk if I should even grow it or scrap it and start with new seeds from elsewhere.

Lights flipped to 12/12 on 9/9
Started flowering on 9/20
Chopped 11/19

Seeds were popped 7/23

Idk bro, that sucks. I would need a sample for testing lol. Try seed from the bricks, if it is good.

Maybe a longer cure will help.

It doesnt matter when you harvest. The potency of the trichs are the same after week 3ish. Some say amber trichs give you a heavier high than clear ones.

Every crop i do i sample some lower bud at around week 3 to check what potency will be like.

May be just you. I have grown a couple plants that I was sure they were going to be fire and not even get a head change. I've smoked doo doo looking weed that has straight wrecked me.

Give it some more time. It may just be you or it might need some more time to cure. I don't think the smoke is the best until its been in jars 3-4 weeks.

If nothing else take it to the dude that you buy off of and trade. He wont care how it smokes, just how it looks. Play your cards right and you may even be able to get more weed out of the deal.

Also... if this is a new strain for you then it might taken a couple different sittings before your body adjusts to it.

I have run into weed that just didnt do anything for me the first couple time i hit it, but my pals liked it just fine. Then later it hit me good...

my last grow went like this .. a few bubblicious autos and the rest some nirvana photo strains and a few bagseeds. All went to shit due to very high temps...none would get you high. I can't think any other reason for my fiasco. (When I say high temps I mean 105 high ...southern european summer + hps and no AC)

give it more curing time and see how it goes. I had a strawberry banana that was super weak until about six weeks plus of cure time, that's the only plant ive had that needed that long but ive had a few that were basically inactive until a few weeks in
