I don't believe it. I have ordered from them multiple times in the past. I have switched banks.
It has nothing to do with herbies though. I always got my order. If they was a problem my emails were answered within 24 hours and the problem resolved.
Herbies is a stand up company and they care about what they do. That has been my personal experience.
They always used a padded envelope and put the seeds in some type of plastic case to protect them.
If they didn't yours and the order was damaged take a pic and email them and they will resolve it.
There you go. I don't know your definition of padded envelope but this is not. There was no "hard case". I already issued a refund with my CC which was approved, only after herbies failed to respond to my emails. This has been my induvidual experience. The first one I had to get a refund.
