When I wanted to make an order Toby was rude as fuck about mailing him his money within 3 days. Doesnt matter that I have a business to run and a life.

So why does it matter so much when Toby has a life besides seeds?

Thats my question.

I don't know if you guys dont get it or drunk off the koolaid. When you're use to one service thats what you expect time after time. Im use to placing a order on a monday and getting my gear no later then Thursday. If me and others complaing how the service done dropped drastically is bashing well so be it. Im not cool with you telling me get my money to you asap but i have to wait until you're ready for me to get my beans.

Do what you gotta do my man but I'm a one-man show need to have a little patience I don't want to mess up anybody's orders plus I'm getting to drop Rado and Docs

Check it out my man I ship out twice a week and that's the way it is I get between 20 and 30 orders a day and i fill them all out by hand you just gotta be patient and stop trying to take my balls

New businesses take time to get all the kinks worked out.Ever wonder how many orders are placed that are never paid for ?Now imagine that you are that seller,-person x just placed an order on your server,now you take out that stock,and place it in limbo,for two weeks,waiting in vain for money that won't come.In the mean time you sell out of all but those orders that you have waited patiently to be paid for but never Recieve the money.Now the people that would have ACTUALLY PAID for those seeds have moved on and bought somewhere else.Now you have missed a chance to make a sale,and lessened your chance to make a profit.The postal service can share some of the blame as well.I have had two, three day priority envelopes take seven days to get to their destination .Packages as well,and you have to remember,they have to be careful as well,I expect if caught, shipping seeds to illegal states has federal implications as well as state.I do understand the frustration first hand of waiting and wondering if or when I might get my seeds.While their is no excuse for being rude to a customer their is no excuse in not showing a little patience as well.

Check it my man. I seen you post if You don't get your money in 2 days if I'm not mistaken but I'm suppose to be understanding with you being swamped in orders? Cmon what part of the game is that. That's all we hear these days is I'm a one man show. Sound like you guys need to hire help.

I think this is getting way out of hand for what it is. Dudes a few days behind, we will get our stuff I'm not worried. I just hope all the people sticking up for OES payed out a few hundred dollars and are waiting too lol. This is a review thread, people should be able to have opinions either way without an over reaction.

I'll still buy here... I'll just shop around. I'm sure he will streamline operations, and spread out seed drops in the future etc. I was just trying to give some constructive criticism is all. I really hope I didn't offend oes at all as I still will be a costumer! I'll report back when seeds in hand. Other than that ill stay out of the discussion! Thanks oes... running a business isn't easy at times don't get too frustrated !

Maybe a frosty the snow seed will make it in my pack for patience :) lol

You send the money in within 3 days go hold your order I've got so many people that flake out it's ridiculous. If you cant have a little patience then you ain't gotta do business with me. My number one goal is to make sure you all get your orders correctly and in a timely manner. I'm adding new breeders and gear all the time. it's harvest season and I have 3 little kids.... patience is all I ask I have people that just placed orders for sending money I have to sort all this out

As a business owner excuses don't cut it. I'll never be happy with great service one day and shitty the next. Like I said if it's to much hire help. I don't care how much gear I have if I purchase something in the US online I expect it in a timely manner. People get complacent, arrogant, big headed when the dollars start rolling in. It's nothing to hire somebody to ship packages out.

Honestly @Vato_504 isnt being unreasonable or complaining. We have shit going on as well & when that money we send is tied up from waiting its not cool, that's kind of like a pre order.

Online the usual standard for shipping is 2-3 business days after order being placed seems like the smaller seedbanks have a hard time keeping that standard. Im not going to hold it against OES for being 1 man show but this is how banks are losing good rep.

Regardless & beyond the business talk sending Toby some positive energy!
