Clinton Campaign invites 20+ mainstream reporters to dinner

sure it does.

you are massively fat. even your face is fat. so the distance from your mouth to your ears is quite large. so large, in fact, that it takes words traveling at the speed of sound a lot of time to reach them.
Dude. You're stupid. I'm nowhere near obese, this is just your distraction that nobody cares about to try and pivot away from the truth about how Hillary stole the nomination by colluding with media and political insiders

I'm not really sure what to say about this because I wholeheartedly feel the opposite. I don't believe members of the media responsible for reporting unbiased, objective news to the American people should be cordially associating with the same people they're responsible for reporting on. Regardless of your political affiliation, this presents a pretty clear cut case of bias.
This is a really, really tiny deal that you are over-reacting to. I'm much less comfortable with "the bus" of the same reporters embedded with a campaign for months on end than a dinner at Podesta's house. If you were railing against the long term and close association that is part and parcel of the traveling campaign road show/media events then I'd be there with you. We should all be having dinner and drinks together. We'd understand and know more about each other as well as our interactions would go more smoothly.

Even so, Clinton and Trump have been subjected to incredibly negative media coverage this year. It's pretty hard for me not to laugh at the idea that the press was pulling it's punches because they shared apple pie and ice cream with the Podestas.

Yes, of course it was. Political elites have been colluding long before you and I have been alive. Don't trust me, look it up for yourself

Both members of the elite party

I agree
I'm have trouble calling that 'collusion'. I would call it trying to work out a compromise to maybe get a better law passed. I like to think the government tries to work towards the greater good but there are exceptions and bad people. And there are different ideas about the greater good, obviously.

Well, we're all a little biased. CNN seems objective. They will put Trump speeches on for extended periods, run email pieces for 30 minutes at a time, and let both side analysts argue with equal time.

Since I'm biased, I like when they agree with me and not so much when they don't. But I can accept that. Fox sucks though, and MSNBC exaggerates too much.
Just to be direct, I'd like you to answer, do you believe that journalists should be objective in their reporting? If you do believe that, then doesn't an interpersonal relationship negate any kind of objectiveness in their reporting? So wouldn't an invite to a couple of dinners already automatically negate any kind of ability for a reporter to objectively report on said dinners simply for being one of the special guests prescreened for the events?

are you saying that if we sit down for beers together, then i can't be honest about the color of the shirt you're wearing?

Or what? You're going to steal my lawn signs? I'm not scared of social street justice revolutionaries, so bring your A game
Bro you don't get it. Your words, your ideas, commitments etc keep them up your ass. I say that because thats where they were born and its where they should stay hidden.

Bro "A game"? Why? you're a barely literate wingnut

I think members of the Clinton campaign colluded with members of the media for their mutual benefit in a twisted symbiotic relationship where both of them win and the American people lose. Donald Trump is no different, the problem is not left/right.
I beg to differ, with MSM having well over 2,000 investigators digging into Trumps every move we would know if Trump was " doing the same as Hillary " ,Hillary's bought media would have a field day if he sent the emails you posted above,we know Trumps email has been hacked since he announced his bid for presidency .

While I with admit fox has a few " reporters " like judge pirro,Jessica waters & a few others openly supporting Trump, but they openly admit to supporting him & don't make up fake story's,they also don't feed Trump debate questions in advance, the Trump campaign hasn't bribed 65 MSM reporters, the media isn't sending Trump articles before they publish so he can edit what he don't like as Hillary is caught doing.

Saying the entire media is corrupt I'll accept, but after sitting here the last 12 months listening to hit piece after hit piece against Trump, even on fox news, and now having proof all the hit pieces were bought & paid for fictional propaganda out of the Clinton camp there's no way on earth anybody can say Trump is the same as Hillary .

No man in the history of politics has suffered the corruption based slanderous attacks Hillary Clinton paid media to put him through, and for that fact alone he isn't even close to being the same as Hillary .

Yes, journalists should try to be objective.

I don't believe one dinner makes for an interpersonal relationship that negates objectivity.

It was a large group of people, not just a couple in a sealed room. Everybody heard the speeches and what was said. 'Off the record' wouldn't fly if a ratings buster story came out of there, trust me.

i don't think that pointing out that you are too much of a pussy (or too broke) to take a bet on the guy who you are claiming will win is the right strategy.

have the entire left side of the menu from arby's and reconsider your strategy, fatty McFatass.

We wanted to make sure everyone on this email had the latest information on
the two upcoming dinners with reporters. Both are off-the-record.

1) Thursday night, April 9th at 7:00p.m. Dinner at the Home of John
Podesta. His address is 3743 Brandywine St NW in Washington, DC. This will
be with about 20 reporters who will closely cover the campaign (aka the
bus).

2) Friday night, April 10th at 6:30p.m. Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvre at
the Home of Joel Benenson. His home address is 60 E. 96th Street, #12B, New
York, 10128. This is with a broader universe of New York reporters.

We understand if it’s too hard to make it, not a big deal, but great if you
can.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Invite to reporters just went out today – so will circulate the press list
of attendees tomorrow so everyone has in advance. Thanks.

Wow. These weren't on my schedule.

I was planning to leave NYC after the shoot Thursday. I might be able to
get to Podesta's Thursday night.

Can you please send the press list for each?

Thanks

So what do you think about direct evidence of members of the Clinton campaign colluding with multiple members of the media during the general election "off the record"?
They are more than likely in her pocket...

Utter fail :)
