When they force us to use "real" doctors for medical, the insurance companies will most certainly be required to pay for it. And my vape!

Laws are two way streets. Every time they try to single out cannabis in a new law they will be challenged by either existing laws or, the law will be expanded to encompass other products (like a pill tax). When that happens, the lawyers are going to get rich and the regulations are going to become more realistic.

Getting people out of jail for cannabis infractions is a high priority on my list.
Your vape? Are you extremely unaware of what the FDA is trying to do with your vape atm? Its not going to happen. Your insurance is not going to pay for your cannabis or vape.

If CA goes legal it will tilt the balance towards a federal change.

If you look at the other propositions, there is one that is trying to stop the release of prisoners. Why are they doing that if there will be no releases?

Haven't they already started to release people because of Federal directives?

I love Colorado. I lived in Lakewood and worked at Elitch Gardens.

It is not California. California is now one of the 6th largest economy in the world. In the world!

We will make the rules that others follow.

Just look who's included in the BMC....
CalOsha
Dept of Water management
Pesticide control
Franchise Tax collectors
ect...
it sounds like a bust ..

What got me was the main proponent Dr Donald Lyman , is actually anti pot .. here is a quote from Dr Lyman ,

Is marijuana bad for your health? "Yes," says Dr. Donald Lyman of Sacramento, a retired physician and former board member of the California Medical Assn.

"People do not use it to make themselves healthier. They use it to deal with other problems. It is a dangerous and ill-advised substance. That's why it has to be under control."

So the main intent of the initiative is about control. That changes the whole entire game.. And even the funding is utilized for control..

Bernie came close!
And he sure made them sweat! If he had run as an independent, it would have killed Clinton's chances.

Fear is a powerful medicine. It heals politicians very quickly.

Look at the change in support for Cannabis in the last 4 years. It is all because of the $$$$.

Change is coming. It will be painful. We will prevail. It will require all of us to work together.

No such thing as legal. Just decriminalized.
When nobody wanted anything to do with this dirty drug we were able to regulate ourselves.
Now there is a global spotlight on everything we do because the value of this miracle plant is finally being realized by big business. There are going to be regulations.

Why do you think we didn't have solar panels and electric cars in the 70s? Big oil was never going to let that happen.
We should vote to legalize now and then fight them on any attempt to trample any freedom for all of the people and reasonable access.

I just love how they keep saying they are afraid that children are going to have access. I have had access since I was 13.
