One of those yellow and Green LASD helicopters flew by my house and by the time i ran in my house and got my red Lazer out to shine on them they wore already gone.I think I am going to start carrying it in my pocket.

Depends on your location but you could get a green mesh and place it over them. It makes shade but at least you won't go to jail.

ive seen a few ppl in my state get arrested even one who did it to a small Cessna pilot with multiple passengers he got time not long but he got time

im so glad the army 3 month exercise in our area is over before the season started..they had 3 types of choppers flying training missions

I don't experience air traffic here. Happened once but I was prepared also it's hard to spot my crop since it grows near spruce bushes + everything is green there.

Guy in the city nearby got 12 months for endangering life shining one into pilots cockpits in in passenger flights ...no reason to use was thinking it was a joke.

Thats a good way to go to federal prison for a few years and pay a couple $100k in fines. Even the FBI offers $10k reward to snitch on anyone doing this.

I would have used my green one but it is attached to my gun and i didn't want them to look down and see me pointing a gun at them.LOL

I heard the chopper on Monday morning. I had gone back to my SOL, GV and Slo patches to spray some nasty looking stink bugs, and to tie up a broken limb. It wasn't over me, but still scared the shit out of me. I did my spraying and repair work, and got the fuck out of there. The high up planes were flying when I went back, but I can stay out of sight from them until I get in the open spots to tend the plants. And with a little crawling, I can get them fed without exposing myself. But the choppers are another animal. Not sure I could hide from one of them if they were really looking.
