HELP...

Ok...So I tried to cut down on my watering and feeding but as soon as I go one day without watering....my plants droop like they're dead. This has happened quite a few times. I am in flowering and have some buds lining all of my branches. Have I stressed the plant too many times? When I water or feed they cheer up and look amazing. My grow room runs pretty hot but I have read many times that other people's rooms get to 95 degrees and even more. It does tend to dry up my soil quickly. I feel like I should water twice a day now but I am afraid to over water them.

I just went to take pics of the droopiness but I gave them water 2 hours ago and they already perked up. Do my flowers look normal too??

Hight Temps and high humidity is not good. People who run co2 can have higher temps. What are you temp lights on and off.

And during flower your plant will drink lots of water. My plant takes about two gallons of water a day.

On gets around 90/95. Off is like 77. Lately I have been leaving the door open to grow room so it cools down with the house.

Yes my plant is sucking up the water. How fast is your soil drying out
OMG!!! That is my damn problem.....I've spaced out a gallon for 5 freaken plants. No wonder why they suck it up so fast.....I was listening to people telling me I was over watering and over feeding.
Right now.....if I water when I wake up they are dry by the time I am going to bed. Will my buds still be okay with all this damn stress??

OH.....And can I top them even thought they are flowering? My two tallest are over the light again and almost to roof....I can't even raise the light anymore......should I just clip off the top??

No don't cut the top if you have to tie a string around the tops and gently pull them down. You can do this a little at a time. Look up lst it may help you out as to what I'm talking about. What size smart pots are they?

Do you run an exhaust fan and do you have fans inside the tent?

I have 2 fans inside and a max fan sucking air out....it runs twice a day.
I believe im in 7 gal pots.
I would be running it all day and get a carbon filter for it to help with the smell. What kind of lights are you using? Cool tubes? Hoods or open? CO2?

The smell was so strong during veg but now it only smells randomly
I just picked up a big carbon filter and just need to figure out how to use it.

Metal hood but it's open...with 1000 watt hps bulb.
I just took in someone's baby who is in a hydro pot as well and need to know how to work it....any good videos for me to watch? I have watched a couple on youtube but nothing that was too informative.

Whether it smells now or not it will when you start flowering. It is just good to have it on for whenever it does smell. Either try to hook your max fan directly up to the carbon filter or use ducting. You want to be pulling air through the fan and then connect the carbon filter. If it gets to loud you can use a silencer or a fan speed controller. With an open hood you are gonna need about 6k btu per 1k watt, so i would be concerned with that. You could sell it and get a different type of light or get some way of cooling it. If you go cheap/ portable ac try and get a dual hose. Mini split is the best way to go, but not ideal for everyone. By hydro pot are you referring to a DWC. Google that as see if that term helps you in your situation, otherwise, if not, let me know more about what you have going on with your setup.

If your running 7 gallon pots try watering till you get some run off, then wait ten minutes and if it soaks that back up water some more. It will take a lot of water if the soil is actually dried out. When the entire pot is moist it should last at least 2 days before it gets dry again. Sounds like your just watering too often with too little water. But I'm not an expert lol. Just do a lot of reading and I'm kinda in the same boat. I watered 3 days ago in 5 gallon pails and they seem dry already but in veg they would last 5-7 days before I needed to water. But in flower they are taking more for sure.

Yes on the DWC. UUUGGGGHHHHHH there is so much....as soon as I am a little confident...BOOM something slaps me in the face. I wish I could just have someone come over and help me. This can get very frustrating!!

Will do. I guess that is what I have been doing.....I was afraid to OVER WATER, therefor I was taking one gallon for 5 plants....now 2x a day doing that. I am feeding every few days but only one gallon with nutes. Is that bad too??

It will get frustrating at times, keep reading and watch videos. DWC is easy for some, and more difficult for others. Are you monitoring the PH/EC of your water, i.e with a PH/EC meter? Water temperatures should be around 65º-72º, so if its hot in the room it could play against you.

I took it for a friend who was doing so many wrong things at his house......Would it be dumb to transfer the plant to soil?
