Umm, so, Hillary has been under investigation for like 18 months with up to 1500 FBI agents involved in the investigation. They went through and re-created the files that were erased. Interviewed everybody involved including Hillary. At the end of the investigation found no evidence of criminal intent. None.

And still you say Hillary is a criminal.
Using your standard, Trump is guilty and a criminal. He raped a child. In front of people, a witness has come forward.

It's a wonderful strawman that was set up and knocked down, but accidentally putting classified documents at risk, even without being aware you did it, is prosecutable, let alone negligence. Anyone who has ever had a real security clearance has had that relayed to them countless times as a condition of their clearance. We used to have quarterly training that was the same monotonous shit over and over, I'm sure the regs haven't loosened that much since the early 90's, I would think they became more restrictive.
