FBI NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND INDICTMENT!!

She covered her ass so well that they could not find intent, only negligence.

Still unfit to serve as president and the world knows it.
Which is especially amusing since intent isn't required for prosecution, just negligence. Putting classified material at risk for one minute, even without awareness of doing so, is prosecutable. It's almost as amusing as Hilldawg claiming the emails weren't classified at the time of transmission, despite the fact that the instant they became classified, having them stored on a personal server made it a prosecutable offense. I'm curious how they sidestepped her undeniable guilt on that fact or are they simply going to never speak of it?

It's perfect actually, she's still in the lead for my vote, despite how much fun it would be to watch the liberals and pubs shit the bed if trump was elected.

Most people are not going to see past the partisanship to realize that the FBI just became a political arm of the government. They have evidence but they just decided not to forward it for prosecution. I expected the charges to never make it to trial nor Hillary serving any jail time. I did expect the system to work further than it did.

Hillary is campaigning with Obama today and they are issuing a joint press conference. I have to tell you that the fix seems to be in. Hillary and Obama surely knew what the director was going to say.

It just continues to reinforce what I have been saying for over 15 years now. The government does not serve the people anymore, it serves itself. And it continues to allow more and more opaqueness, special interests, bias and special treatment for whichever side is in power at the time to the detriment of all citizens.

When a citizen cannot get a freedom of information act requirement honored by what is essentially their employees because the data was mishandled or outright obstructed or destroyed then we are done.

You posed a sick fantasy about Trump and I responded. It took you about 7 months to work that twisted fantasy into your head about trump, I wonder what it will have evolved into by the election.
That wasn't a sick fantasy about Trump. He is being taken to court by a woman who claimed to have raped her four time when she was 13 and she has a witness to corroborate her story.

You totally believe that Hillary is guilty even though no evidence to show she was guilty. You hang onto that like a dog with a bone. I'm just pointing out that by your own standards, Trump is guilty of raping a little girl.

And you are the kind of intelligent individual that thinks putting the clintons back in office is better than a Trump White House? As many negatives as Donald has, hillary makes him look like an amateur as being a shitbag lying theiving traitor.

Did you know that Trump is a child rapist?

"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information," he said.

Comey said seven email chains were classified at the “Top Secret/Special Access Program level” when they were sent and received on Clinton’s server.

“There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation,” said Comey.

The pathetic myopic assholery that you spout is at the 6/7 th grade level. How is an adult so mindlessly oblivious of their glaring, cringe worthy ignorance. When trump is crushed are you going to step up and say "i've been a clueless asshole?"....or gonna dig in deeper with more perverse ignorance and conspiracy explanations?

The content I posted was mostly a quote from a valid source.

The FBI director said she acted with gross negligence but I dont have any evidence? Do I need any or can I just believe him?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/hillary-clinton-emails-james-comey_us_577be20be4b041646410be0d

the FBI found no criminal intent to leak classified information — the gravamen of the case — Comey expressed appropriate contempt for Clinton’s venality, carelessness and disregard for government processes. It just wasn’t illegal.

If venality and carelessness were criminal then we'd have a much larger prison population wouldn't we?

He also said no criminal intent, -- not the kind of behavior where charges can be pressed. Yet you hang onto it like a dog with a bone. You just think she should be indicted because, well I can't explain it.

By your standard, Trump is a child rapist.

We are not talking about trump or child rape in this thread. Why is this an obsession of yours that you carry everywhere? Why do you feel so guilty?

Clinton acted to obviously evade government statutes of transparency and accountability. She is a lawyer, she has no excuse. Yet she should be president because trump is bad...

Continue watching the show Fogdog.

so, now we have hillary cleared of any legal wrongdoing, yet your guy is still on trial in two states for fraud and racketeering, and also on trial for repeatedly raping a 14 year old girl (with a witness to corroborate).

is it still crooked hillary? or should we be more appropriate at this point and make it "crooked kiddy-raping trump"?

I know plenty of you want to jump on opposite side of lines because of the D/R next to their name but lets be real....

it is SICKENING that a politician can do what they do and then authorities say they had no "intent" to break the law.

So the next time I am driving a long, not paying attention, and get pulled over for going 7 miles over the speed limit, can I use the "no intent to break the law" excuse?

anyone who defends this is a moron and I havent read a single post to see if anyone actually is defending it or not.

Damn... looks like you swerved and hit a few people in the thread while you were not paying attention. :]
