North Carolina is trying to undermine the existing federal anti-discrimination laws. That is why their federal funding is being threatened.

There are already laws in place to prevent predatory behavior in bathrooms.

Please rephrase, if you would, exactly what it is that you are advocating for?

You don't think sexual predators should be able to prey upon those using restrooms. I agree. We already have laws against that.

If we already have laws against it, what is your position here?

Cause it seems that NC was thinking about passing a law (there is a long way to go from bill to law - Schoolhouse rock can help with that), so Obama passed a decree going around congress and affecting every school in America.

I dont want either one... So, less legislation... Get it?

And yes, we already have a law that prevents men in the womens bathroom but you want more laws to make it ok. I guess you have no problem with voyers as long as they dont start touching people... Then at that point, maybe the victim might have a chance to call the police, or not.. Probably want to ban concealed handguns so the women are in even more danger.
