So I've grown a dozen rounds indoor and seem to be getting that down solid. But this summer I want to try a couple plants outdoors, but I haven't a clue what to do.
Couple things to consider... I live quite far north... and putting anything outside before May long weekend isn't wise. Could still snow and often does. Another northern problem is light... through the summer we'll get up to 19 hours of daylight, which is good, but.... on the flip side of that is that come the end of Sept daylight will be reduced to 12 hours where flowering will start, BUT temps can drop below freezing at night and usually do.
So you see the problem there. Is there anyway around that... to get them finished?
And... I want to do them in pots on my back deck where there's lots of sun. What should I use for a medium and for nutes? What about pH?
Anyway, this is mostly an experiment... even if they don't finish I want to see how they grow outside and hopefully I'll be able to at least make some hash out em...
