Don't make out I've taken what you said out of context when you can't structure a sentence properly in order to convey the message you want.
And no I don't think the site controls your predictive text, I never said that.

If you use the on screen keyboard feature of your phone to type into a website then yes the phone will use it's dictionary (what I said) because you are using your phones feature to type.
