New grower. 2nd run. Big problem. week 3 flower

Well, I'm just going to cut back on the nutes and work my way up and not going more than 1000. I couldn't 40 good plants and 32 devil claw looking plants. The 32 plants have ZERO sign of any trichomes. Below is a pic of one of my good plants and bad. Wish me luck guys.

I have 2 of these pumps on a timer. One to floor and one to drain. And i have that in a 100g rez. I'll go back in the room tomorrow to take the exact pics of the pumps to show you but when we fed today, everything seemed to be filling evenly image.jpeg
 
Been struggling with the rot myself and you really need to get temps down to the 65 range or you'll struggle. I hooked up a chiller that is cooled by outdoor coil and started using hydroguard as well. If you look up a few of my posts you'll see some before and after root pics. I did run for two years with higher temps and yes had ok harvests, I can now see the lower temps are a huge benefit to healthy plants.
 
Id hit em with lightdose of seaweed in a ewc/molasses brew. Roots are definately the problem there. We can see that. Possibly foliar with some aloe vera juice and seaweed also if i remember correctly. Goodluck.
 
if it's flood and drain, i don't think lack of O2 in the res is your problem. the flooding and draining should give all the O2 they need.

i think ppm is way too strong. i use EC but i never go higher than 1.2 (convert that to whatever factor ppm you are using)

i'd give a 24hr flush with 5.8 RO water.

start back feeding at much weaker. and allow your pH to fluctuate b/t 5.5 and 6.1. at 6.0, you are locking out Ca and one more i can't remember.
 
and cut down on your nute regimen to flowering nutes and cal/mg if your are using RO (i'm guessing by the filter pics). most of that other crap is just that.
 
No expert but after battling this shit for the last two months I learned a bit about rot. My set up is timed sprayers so lots of O2 right, well what it was I think was when the root chamber was empty the temps climbed quite high (root chamber was not insulated) humidity was high and the rot flourishes. Got temps down by insulating and lowered the Res water temps to 65 added hydroguard and all is well. And actually raised my EC to 1 from .6. Does seem to be a lot of stuff going in your Res :o. Not a recommendation but I use just one nutrient, Aqua Flakes and Vitanimo because of high calcium in my well.
 
So my friend who set up this room and stand by his mix told me to just trust him and lower the lights to 600 for about a week and almost go back up to 1000. It's been about a week and this have drastically improved. Buds are getting big and leaves are looking healthy.

For my next run though, I'm going to take all the advice given to me here just to take the proper precautions.

So today I was inspecting my room just cause I need to be on top of things and I came across one bud that was obviously not looking right. It is only this one bud on the entire plant and all the other ones on the plant are fine and growing. Can someone tell me what this is or what it's from and what I should do

Looks like light burn.

Turn on some fans, and move the light up a bit.
