that would depend on what he did. if it was outlined that he would use funds to do that then it would not be.
if he wasn't to use the money for travel then yes it would be. even if he raised a million. he wasn't to use the money that way.

Thats fair, ive done work for a charity but my time was compensated. Thats where my question comes from.

From the video's I've seen of Wilcox he doesn't look smart enough to have covered his track very well. Catching up and covering up will be tough. He strikes me as the kind of guy who would use the cash like it's his wallet. I donated..I want an accounting.

Probably not as much as what was donated. Last rumour I heard was 100K not accounted for, things like this make their way through the grape vine in the industry.

Here's the thing I bet 99% of people wouldn't care what was done with the money as long as the coalition was up front about how it was going to be spent, this would allowed people to make a proper decision whether to donate and have their money used for things other than the defense. Everyone that I know that donated, thought the money was going straight to Conroy and there were some huge donations from what I've been told in $5000+ Those guys donated to Conroy, there was no mention of anyone using the money to travel around the globe promoting the coalition.

Bottom line for a public coalition to not have its accounting be transparent and public is not acceptable, open the books, show the numbers, basic accountability.

..and promoting Cannabis in Canada which is a private enterprise owned by |Wilcox and his former mate Anne Genovy. I would be interested in viewing the financial statements belonging to Cannabis in Canada because there is a donation link on their website and they must also be soliciting funds from the public through this website also, and therefore have a duty for public financial disclosure like the Coalition.
