Anyone from Colorado?

Hey all.

I was considering a move to Colorado. I guess I had just a couple questions:

1. How strict are they in smaller cities about plant limits
2. What would it take to have 100 plants legally outdoors
3. How much do you think authorities "hunt down" and confirm owner of outdoor grows without a wholesale license

my patinent extention was accepted .... but it might not be next year as "they " want me to become a medical dispencary with a brik an mortor in town ...

they fill out the provider protion of the medical reccomendation with your info and send it into MMED ....you keep a copy and get sent a provider printout ...
they have never looked at my greenhouse as haveing a greenhouse means you are trying to be compliant .... open outdoor grows get frowned on here,,

So they will fine you for odor? WTH that's like getting fined for your neighbor not liking the trees you have in your back yard. Good thing I have ozone generators. Pretty sure I wont need them though were I am looking not many people have moved out there yet.

in many counties near denver they have a meter for the code enforcement to use like a" sniffer " . so if you get 3 complaints from neighbors you can get fined and booted ....friend in engelwood(indoor grow ) just had this happen she has beeen growing there for 10 years and the new neighbors must not like her weed :(

My buddy grew outside of Pueblo last summer. Said that no sooner did he have his hoops up for his greenhouse than the county inspector showed up and went through his plant counts and paperwork. With a sheriff's deputy.

wow really ? that is good info to know . guess the "wild west " time is ending .
i would live in nor cali (again) if i wanted to do big numbers and big harvests ... it just fits in better ...

if i thought i would make more money with less headache i would do it as my county has 1 rec and 3 med left ATM. but the market is dwindeling due to the 'rocky mountain high" resellers they are linked up with a local canna company in another county and they are CRUSHING the competition IMO....
i have MS sufferers and cancer/ GERD folks who get 99 plant counts but i only grow 32 outside as that is the limit ATM....
MMED is "asking" all caregivrs to move to brick and mortor in towns they provide as folks should have good access to meds . but man this area gouges you for rent or buying ...

Sounds hard man....... Nope I`m from the UK where they just lock you up if you start asking for a permit to sell the "industrial hemp" you grew without a licence, don`t use the M word or they`ll beat you down and lock you up right away

But that being said I`d like to move somewhere where its more legal and I can get more contact with people who have a medical need, grow strains just for certain people even adjust lighting, feeding and flowering times of that strain to suit the patient's needs and such

but here all you seem to find is hippocrits a lot of the time but I guess it must be like that most places.

Also what if you had a bunch of people all coming into court saying 6 of them was theirs?
