I think the technical term is "hyper sensitivity", probably not without reason but still...

I think the problem here is rallying around the wrong flags.
Michael Brown was not killd because he was black
This girl wasn't brutalized by a cop because of her skin color either

When you get behind these faux incidents of racism you weaken the cause

Umm, well the child wasn't white. The child was black. Your scenario of a white child is made up. The child was black, was black, was black.

Also, being a cop doesn't give you the right to grab a kid by the neck and throw them to the floor because they are passively resisting your orders.

Black children in the south are disproportionately disciplined in the south. You choose to believe the act was not racially motivated based upon what criteria? It is reasonable to believe this was a racist act because this area of the country is most definitely run by racists and there are statistics and visual images to prove it.

do you realize there is no logic behind your post at all? Black on Black violence is through the roof, and it's the cops fault. Are you sure this isn't an attempt to go after a minority? the cops. Because if you were to blame white people in general for black on black crime, that would be going after the majority, including the leader of BLM and their super white, primary funder?

Interesting that you should bring up Rob. Actually, I think YOU sounding like him. That 17-year old black girl is still developing her capacity to understand situations. The white cop has been trained and taught how to best handle this situation and he is the adult in this situation. You are putting the onus of making the right decision on the child, not the adult who presumably is the one best able to make the right choice. As with Rob, you ignore the adult's poor decision and are focused on the child's choice.

As with Rob who believes that an adult can fuck a child if the child agrees, you believe the onus of making the right decision is on this girl. Society is siding against both of you. Laws clearly state that an adult may not fuck a child and they clearly state that losing one's temper doesn't justify giving an obnoxious teen a beating. The cop's own boss fired him and said he acted wrongly. The school's administration also said the same thing. You are wrong about this.
