Like listen to a cop when he/she gives a simple and legal command...
With me, if he grabs me around my neck, I'm resisting. The only difference is that he would have shot me (or got his ass whipped). Because if he's at the point to where he's willing to grab my neck, what in the fuck do you think that he's going to do to me after I'm cuffed and out of the public eye?

I dont even bother thinking of such things, because its been really easy to avoid them grabbing me around the neck the few times I have had to deal with them.

Do you do things that would provoke a cop to grab you around the neck?

If he had stopped after she fell back then he wouldn't of been fired. It was the throwing her across the floor that got him fired. There was no reason for that.

He could of pulled the desk off her and subdued her then.
Or called for back up. I think that and clearing the room would of made her get out of the chair.
She did what she did for her audience.

If you can't get one kid out of a chair, then how are you going to make 20 stand up?
Sounds like you're trying to turn it into some sort of a cage match, or simply haven't thought it through
