Maybe referring to the people in the "medical" pot section of the forum as stoners says more about you as a person and explains why your dreams of opening a lp has failed so far.
There is a huge difference between a stoner and a patient but only us patients seem to realize it.

2- I spoke to a Lib today and he said JT will not be allowing home grows! lol
it will be all commercial only with harsher regulations & charges for growing, sure it will be legal but you can only posses and smoke, there will be outdoor restrictions like smoking cigs.
I honestly hope this guy is wrong, but I new from the start JT is all about greedy $$.
and I get in shit due to me having the drive to set up and try and get a business going?

libs have said they will hand off control to the provinces. seems to me like they are thinking like how the provinces handle their own liquor. in which case every province/municipality could treat dispensaries differently. I have a feeling we'll see some communities outright banning dispensaries but others will be on board like Vancouver. this whole election actually legitimizes Vancouver's position towards dispensaries and soon we could see victoria and a whole slew of other cities follow. all depending on how long it takes the liberals to act. it's possible they will legitimatize dispensaries and create some standards, require contaminant and cannabinoid testing, but not require the uber level of security as do the pharmacan ops. it is also within the realm of possibilities that the MMPR will become a two tier system and start issuing licenses for micro-groweries. it's all about change, so let's think out of the box.

I'm wondering how current dab bars/vapor lounges are set up? For dab bars do people ever serve themselves(like at coffee shop tables or booths or something) or bring their own rigs/oil? Id be appreciative if anyone could describe different or their preferred type situation/model.
