Master Kush

I was able to acquire 12 Master Kush clones this afternoon, so I am now an official cultivator of marijuana... and if all goes well I will become a successful one!

My little ladies are growing in a Homebox grow closet, in a 2x3 ebb & flow system, with a 400w MH Hortilux light - which I am running 24/7. I have a Can Fan 4ho for ventilation plus a 6" clip on oscillating fan for a slight breeze. I am using the Botanicare Triflex nutrient program (at 50%), and will be watering them 2-4 times per day (depending on how they grow).

I am anticipating 4 weeks of the vegg cycle before I move them into the flowering tent... but we'll see soon enough.

These pics are day 1, just after I placed them in the homebox.

Sweet Grey Skull! It will be nice to follow another grow journal while starting mine. Looking forward to it. It can be kinda a race, not really, but fun

I changed out 8 of the rockwool cubes (the 3x3's) because they started floating when the tray was flooded... so I transplanted them into 4x4's. I soaked the cubes in ph 5.5 for about an hour. I gently pulled the on the root wrapping, and immediately put them in the new cubes. I was super careful (not stoned) while I was doing it. I sprayed them with some distilled water, and am watching to see how they respond.

nongreenthumb & primeralives - I got 2 of the Homeboxes... vegg & flower. I have a 3x3 with a 600HPS waiting for some nicely vegg'd plants to flower. The HBs, lights, fans & filter, e&f systems, and everything else its been about $1800.

Here are the pics for day 2:
The plants in row A (top) were already in 4x4's, so I am not worried about any shock effecting them.

The plants in row B (middle) and C (bottom) were transplanted. I am paying particular attention to see how these ladies react.

The next to last pic is A1 - one of my better looking plants thus far. The last pic is C3... this one is the worst looking one of the 12.

My ladies are looking better.

I've got some new growth, and the droopiness is going away.
Oh yeah. :hump:

I lowered the ph to 5.9, and fed them when I got home... I am going to feed them again in the morning, and if they look good/better when I get home then I'll set my timers for every 12hrs, 20 minute flood. I also moved them so they are closer together and right under the light/reflector -they still have plenty of space.

They have a nice aroma, and they are showing some shiny crystals on the leaves and stems. Its only day 3, but I cannot wait until they are flowering...

And how cool is the homebox - the pics show the ventilation port with lights on and lights off.

I have some more new growth, and I can see the roots are really pumping.

The leaves are still a bit droopy, so I am going to cut watering to once every 24hrs, 15 minute flood. I am hopeful the plants will be perky in a day or two... I am sure they will be fine. They are still growing though, so far so good.

C'mon ladies!

Mine looked the excactly the same when I overwatered them. I know your using HID light and Hydro and I am using soil and floros but too much water is too much water. Lokking good thought. you should see a differnce in a couple days. good luck

I have noticed a nice bit of growth today. And the stems are fattening up, getting solid. I checked the ph while they were feeding - 5.9

I'm a totally stoked though, because I have a friend with some mixed seeds they've been growing outside in 3 gallon planters. They're bringing them over to the grow house and we're gonna pop them in the flower box. We'll be hand watering them, giving them 12 hours of 600 HPS light a day. I figure they'll flower for 3/4 weeks... I'll post pics when they're all set up.

looking good grey skull. where you gonna put your mates after 3-4weeks????

My little Master Kush ladies should vegg for another 3 or 4 weeks, so they are cool & the gang, as long as the "bastard plants" mature properly in the 3/4 weeks of 12/12 600w HPS light they will be basking in... I think I should be aok....

If not, well the bastards are bastards, and the ladies are Master Kush.
