So earlier today my friend that lives in my neighborhood asked me to come over to his house,and said he had something to show me.So i get to his house and he told me he was going to show me a video of "A guy slurping egg whites"-it sounded kind of suspicous but i agreed anyway...well,it turns out that the "egg whites" were actually semen and it was gay porn.So i told him it was gross and to turn it off,after he turned it off he asked me to swim in his pool with him and i was a little hesitant, but after a while he convinced me.So five minutes later we are swimming in his pool when all of a sudden he takes his bathing suit off and is completely NAKED!!! He began swimming towards me so i get out of the pool and start running,and what do you know,he starts chasing me back to my house.I got inside my house locked the front door and he started banging on it.Eventually he left and i was happy about that,but then i heard a noise coming from my basement and hes trying to climb in through the window.I immedieatly push him through the window ( which is about 6 feet up from the ground) and he falls to the ground and gets up and walks home.This was about three hours ago and about thirty mins ago him and his uncle,mom,and dad show up to my house and tell my parents that they are filing assault charges because i pushed him out of the window....i dont know what to do i cant really go to jail right since it was on my property????
