i have spoken to Turmel about moving sites-if it's for personal he said do what you need to do and he can protect you but if you use a DG, he said "if you and can look at me and a judge right in the eye and say it's only personal, he will protect you"

a friend is now doing the same...tired of waiting!
if they bust us, we will file motion after motion until we get repealed and then the charges will be dropped.
file the quash first and that messes with their minds! In law, a motion to quash asks the judge for an order setting aside or nullifying an action. you can even ask for your medicine back. a few have been given it too.
one person i know personally got his MMJ back from the cops. i would have loved that. they took 6.5 LBS and he got to walk into the cop shop and they gave it to him and them he walked out...just that thought alone makes me laugh. imagine walking away from the cop shop with that much and they know you have it because they gave it to you and there's nothing they can do

I know a guy that got raided and busted charged with manufacture traffic automatic guns u name it.
Cops and crown didnt show in court because of a bad snow and not only did they drop all charges and have to return most of his property but the judge also signed a letter for his lawyer to warn future cops about harassing his client.
Thats as crazy as it gets. Its my own buddy and i couldnt believe my eyes when i read the letter.
Cost him 45k but saved his ass

I had a buddy who got a gun returned to him. He got it over the counter with NO case for the gun at the cop shop. He walked out the door and down the street with it in his hands...all perfectly legal. He loved that and it was one of his greatest moments.
He was only 18 at the time and it was a victory dance for him...RIP Mark....my blood brother in arms.

They kept the coke and the auto rifle but he walked out with a canvas bag full of guns and a lb and a half of dank grinning like a king.

I also have a friend who was being pulled over and searched. They found some hash on him so they threw it on the hood with his other shit. They really wanted to find some weed so they kept on searching his vehicle for like 20 mins...he had none. They eventually say to him ...okay grab your stuff off the hood. So he does, including his hash.
Then they think they lost it and he goes on his merry way.
I laughed cause he says, well they said grab your stuff, so I did. Lmfao

Good friend of mine got busted at his house with his wife and a worker. They found unregistered rifles and two .22 guns but no clips for them and a grow (this was but fuck no where BC). 2.5 years later and $140K in lawyer fees they dropped the charges as the cops trespassed on his property to get photos of them.
