Decisions, decisions... lil help would be greatly appreciated

Well, my order is on the way. It will be my first grow... now I was thinking I could wait a bit and just say ummmm, THIS ONE... And have my seed picked. Well, I decided a good decent first harvest is imparitive to the rest of my grows. Any upgrades on everything will have to wait till extra capital came in.

So my question is what strain, provided everything is equal, would be the best producer? When deciding yeild was not concidered. For the most part, it was just quality. Here are my choices...

Green Crack Feminized
Bank Name: Humboldt Seed Organisation

Girls Scout Cookies Feminized
Bank Name: The Cali Connection Seeds

Blue Dream Feminized
Bank Name: Humboldt Seed Organisation

Ghost Train Haze #1 Regular
Bank Name: Rare Dankness

Freebies....

Jack Herer Feminized
Bank Name: Seedsman

White Widow Feminized
Bank Name: Sensi Seeds

New York Diesel x OG Kush Feminized
Bank Name: Spanish Seeds

Ive grown out green crack and it was a solid yielder of really good quality buds. Blue dream is also a big yielder with good quality. Jack herer (the real sensi version) is a solid yielder too. So any of those 3 would be my picks. The GSC from cali conn you'll be checking for herms constantly so keep that one for later. The ghost train haze I want myself as ive seen grows on her of big, frosty, dank buds! Haven't tried the spanish seeds diesel og but i have some in my bank so I'd love to see them grown :)

Thanks, I appreciate the input, I had no idea on the GSC so I'm super thankful for that... is the strain just prone to it or is it the breeder. I seen that dude get some bad rap so I assume it was him and not the strain. If there was any other avaliable I would have probably got it and avoid any issues. But the other breeders I read stay away to many times to risk it.
Probably leaning towards green crack.
I also wanted Super Silver Haze, but none were feminized, and not really a gamble I wanna take getting a hermie or a male.

No worries mate :)
Unfortunately it's both, the breeder is a wanker and the strain is prone to hermie, the original cut was supposedly from a seed found in some buds! May still be worth growing out but just has to be watched very closely. Other breeders with good beans of GSC are SinCity and Dr Greenthumb, there are others too but can't remember sorry.
You won't be dissapointed by the green crack, she's a solid strain! The SSH from Mr Nice is the one to get if you choose to go with it, you can pick some up pretty cheap on their auction site, but they are regs not fems.
The other strains you have would be good to man so it's a hard choice lol

I been reading my ass off... seeds, germination, lights, soil, nutes, training, possible problems.... man its a lot to take in. And even more decisions to make. I have my sights set pretty low. So hopefully I don't mess it up to bad.

But thanks again. I'll be saving the GSC. Last thing I need is a surprise like that.

Yeah there is a lot to learn, but that's also what RIU is for, so if you have questions, ask away :)
If you want to post up your setup, medium etc we can help you start off on the right foot!! Definitely don't want any surprises!

Well, I have a closet that I was gonna set up in. About 2 feet deep, by 7ft long, a little of that is stairs, by 8 feet tall. It's in our bedroom, so was planning on having it sealed and odor controlled with a home made charcoal canister. Final dimensions would probably be 4ft wide, by 2ft deep, by 8ft tall... I plan on using fluxing or SCROG, so the height won't matter. Germ will be paper towel method, then into some Fox farms light warrior till sprouts and gets going. I was going to use a t8 florescent light when it is a baby plant in the corner under the stairs, possibly with some extra CFLs. After that it would go into a mixture of light warrior and ocean forest in a 5 gallon smart pot. Probably under a 1000w hid light. I have a portable ac unit if heat is an issue, it should have great air flow regardless.
Nutes, I'm undecided on. I'm leaning towards advanced nutrients right now.

That GTH #1 tho...super dank, good yields, nice phenos, hermie prone towards the end but you'll find one that isn't. Definitely top contender for my favorite haze.
Another guy said to start a second plant about 3 weeks after the first. Just to have a fresh crop coming off sooner. I thought it was an awesome idea. GTH will definitely be first or second... I'm super excited about it.

I looked into who had the best genetics for my choices... I didn't mind spending an extra few dollars for a better seed. I hope it pays off, last thing I want is a hermie

I grew out a CC, GSC freebie and it was awful, 2nd worst plant I have ever grown.
I dont think others had such a bad experience as me, but there ya go (btw it did NOT hermie just not a good buzz).

Jack Herer is a solid yielder with a good buzz but has a lot of phenos and is pretty weak in the smell/taste area. It is definitely not "loud" like most people are looking for.

Thanks!!!

My other choices for that strain were..
BC Bud Depot
Connoisseur Genetics
and Cannaventure
I do want to try that strain though.

Anything with Nevilles Wreck will be a Lil hermish, not all but enough for it to be a known issue. Even when mine threw Nanners the final result was still topnotch. The CC GSC is mostly a joke, you may find something nice but no promises. Out of all those that GTH will give you both strong indica and sativa phenos that are almost unbeatable in Flav and strength; the ghost Dom phenos are rare but hit you like a brick.

That's disappointing, the GSC was my most expensive seed... probably should have asked around a bit... oh well, I'll germ that after I have enough to get by on.

I'll take any suggestions for my next seed buy. And what breeders are preferred. Thanks
Brother it all depends on what tickles your fancy, I've found that certain breeders are stronger in certain areas...what have you personally enjoyed the most and what would you want to see in the future? I can try to give ya a few leads if you let me know what direction you're looking to go, I'm a bit of a seed/genetics junky lol.

Definitely a bigger fan of sativas. I can "couch lock" myself pretty easy with either a large meal, or Jack Daniels...or a combination of them. The wife likes the uppity high also. She does her best cleaning.

Both of the haze pheno's (there's 2 haze and an indica pheno) of Jack Herer are more 'up' highs. Anything sativa dominant is what you want really and it will depend on when you chop. Mostly cloudy with some clear trichs will give you the more 'up' high too. I had a NL5 x blueberry that I chopped with mostly cloudy and it was racey as hell, couldn't sleep after having it!
