I got the blood test back this afternoon. She does have a cancer that's not very common. The vet. is checking to see if she can be treated with medicine. he has to conference with oncology.

I can't remember their name but there is an old German immigrant family in Rio Linda that imported their dogs with them from Germany and breed some beastly guard dogs. If you see a listing that says its on Rio Linda I'd check them out. The German lines are supposed to be a lot more healthy and less skittish than the American breed GDS can be because they have a lot higher standards for what dogs get to breed over there. Here any registered dog can breed but to get breed over there they have to pass work, health and temperament tests.
